Dr Chartier and all team that works with him are AMAZING! The wonderful dental team is always full of energy and are always so encouraging. I had Invisalign and my teeth are perfect. They were all so attentive and listened to my preferences of how I wanted my teeth to look. THANK YOU!

I started my braces about 1 year ago and couldn't be happier choosing Woodlake! Super professional staff but also make you feel like you've been friends with them forever. I would, and have, referred many people here and they are all very happy with their experiences too. 10/10 for Woodlake MG !

We had an initial consult with Jacob Chartier for our daughter. The process was smooth, informative, and he had an exceptional temperament and wisdom in explaining the options and outcomes. Christine was a joy to work with as well! She was our initial point of contact and her easy going demeanor made it a super pleasant experience. We were extremely pleased with our visit and would highly recommend this office to anyone!

Care and quality had significantly decreased after Dr. Everett left this location. I recently had to order a new retainer, while getting fitted I noticed it was very loose and mentioned my concerns to the doctor and assistant - they didn't take the time to check it. It's a cattle call- lots of patients, without personal care- would not recommend this clinic to others.

Been having my retainers made here for over a decade. Tried out the metal retainer. It did not work for me. So they had me come back for a new plastic one free of charge and it fit me perfectly. No extra material on the retainer. I was blown away at how comfortable it is. Thank you!

We received an appointment quickly. The staff is superb. Friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend their services to my friends and family.

Had an appointment at 1 pm. Arrives at 12:50. Made me way outside in the lobby because the whole clinic was shutdown for their "lunch". Employees were all inside chatting. Totally unprofessional. Not inpressed.

Showed up after waiting weeks to an office who had no idea about my apt. Said that they moved after returning from Covid. How about a freakin call then??? So unprofessional. I think ill find another place else who can handle the obvious things with my busy life. I see other similar reviews, I wish I would have trusted them but it didn't seem too bad because it was just a consult. Waste of a month for sure.
