The doctors and staff are great but very disappointed in the lack of communication during Covid 19. No calls, emails, or letters. Just a voice mail on their machine saying closed until further notice. Mean while they are still taking payments from my account each month. I don't expect them to be open but I do expect better communication especially when it comes to the financial end of things.

Had an appointment for Friday the 1st at 3:30pm . As always brought in the reminder card showing "Friday 1st 3:30 pm". Gave them my son's name (patient) and said 330 . front desk looked confused so I handed her the card. She said they had me down for Monday the 4th but since the card said the 1st she said very well have a seat. Took about 10 extra minutes than normal but they "squeezed" him in an it was all good.

Doctor B is still awesome from when I was a kid. My daughter was very comfortable with him. It was fun to see him again from many moons ago. Totally would recommend him to anyone needing orthodontic care. Wonderful Doctor.

These people are very reasonable. I at times have a hard time making the appointments on time and they have been extremely understanding about each situation. I am very pleased to have chosen this company to do my son's braces.
