Been going to Fifth Avenue Dental for almost 5 years. Hands down best dental office I have ever gone to. My family and several friends followed my lead and now go here as well and love it! I would recommend them to anyone!

The manager Nicole was super helpful and friendly. Even though I didn't book an appointment at the Anoka location, she helped me schedule at another location. She also helped me understand the Invisalign process a bit more. I truly appreciated her customer service and just helping relieve some stress:)

My son just got his braces off and we've been going here for the last almost 2 years. My son enjoyed coming here for his appointments and his teeth look great!!

This office has great friendly staff!! Two of my kids have received orthodontic care here and my third kid will be getting braces there soon. Highly recommend this place.

Would not recommend. Orthodontist rushed through my sister's braces appointment at 7:30 in the morning, which she was on time for, and then actually broke one of her brackets during the appointment. Since then she has not replaced the bracket. Also, during the quarantine, this orthodontist did not have a face shield on and coughed into her mouth while inspecting her teeth.

Very kid friendly. The staff are always nice and they do their work in a very precise manner. Went here couple minutes ago and told the staff about the reviews, and they seemed to really like it. Highly recommend this place for braces in andover, while the staff are kid friendly at the same time.

Our old orthodontist office closed because of the pandemic and was bought out by Woodlake Orthodontics so we did not have a choice to choose where we would go. I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic so parents are not allowed inside the buildings but when we have young kids coming to your office with a building full of adults, we're not comfortable with this. Additionally, when my child is done with his appt, there is no communication or update on my child's progress and what the next step is. I've called for updates and whoever randomly answers the phone is not able to give much of an update. I've asked at the door what the next steps are and the staff have given me an attitude and dismissed me without trying to listen to my questions. Poor way to conduct business as well as poor communication. Skip this place and go somewhere else that is more patient centered. There are plenty of orthodontist around.

The orthodontists at this clinic are so nice and friendly as are the assistants and front desk workers! The doctors are so willing to explain complex procedures and walk me through processes step by step while allowing me to make my own decisions about my treatment plan. I am shocked to see other reviews commenting so negatively about having to wait in vehicles if you are not the patient. These healthcare providers are working inside the mouths of different people everyday (which is an obvious breeding ground for contagious spread) and have to take the ncessary precautions for themselves, other patients, and their families that they have to return home to after a work day, thereby putting their own families at risk of contamination. Nothing would be more selfish than to ask these professionals to compromise their own safety in exchange for a spot in a waiting room chair. We are lucky that their office is even open again and I am so grateful that they are so willing to put their own health on the line everyday to provide my dental care. There is new information learned everyday about this new viral strain and I am not sure how much scientific information backs up another review writers statement 'the ridiculous fear of a survivable virus' but I am in the medical field and there are people dying everyday due to this infection- so I am not sure how confidently one can say this virus is necessarily 'survivable' for everyone. I support this clinic's decision to put safety first and take all precautions necessary until an actual vaccine &/or cure is created. So thank you Woodlake Orthodontics for making people wait in their cars if they are not the patient or sign forms while standing on the sidewalk so that other patients like myself can confidentally be in a completely sterile environment.

What a wonderful practice these professionals run here at Woodlake Ortho. As an adult orthodontic patient, the mere thought of going into braces was, to be honest, terrifying! I am in sales for a living so I let Dr. Hicken and Dr. O'Dell know my concerns and they were empathetic to my worries and gave me a treatment plan based on my concerns. I am now out of braces, am confindent in my smile once again and owe the doctors and staff at Woodlake a HUGE thank you for all your hard work.

We have been very happy with the treatments our son has been receiving. He's a very nervous little boy. Everyone here has been so kind and patient with him and has gone out of their way to make him feel safe and comfortable.

I chose Woodlake Orthodontics to straighten my teeth. Dr. Hicken and all of the staff are very knowledgeable and kind. I feel very well taken care of and I know that my teeth will look perfect! I highly recommend Woodlake for children and adult braces or Invisalign.

We've had great experiences here. All staff are very helpful, from scheduling to billing to Dr. O'Dell and the orthodontic assistants. My nine year old was nervous at first to go in by herself during Covid, but they made her feel comfortable and now she has no problem with it. We feel safe with their precautions and protocols. We text upon arrival and it works very well!
