I always get nervous going to the dentist not only the cost but I always hurt afterwards but not at wood lake she told me exactly what needed to be done the exact cost for cleaning and 3 fillings I walked out of there and there were no surprises they were so great it has changed my mind about dentist I will not go to any other dentist but her . She may be young but she took so much care and didn't make me feel bad about being on a fixed income. It was the absolute best experience I have ever had at a dentist . And they do not make you sit for 30 or 40 minutes before getting seen . I love this place Debbie James

The staff at Woodlake are very professional, the facility is clean and they value your time. The Dental Hygienist, Joanna, is AWESOME!!! Joanna takes pride in her work and she makes sure that after your visit you leave with squeaky clean teeth.

I enjoy Woodlake Family Dentistry. My husband and I go there and have been for about 3+ years. The staff is great, from the moment you walk in the door! Dr. Barrett is efficient, quick, and she discusses the process while working on your teeth. Dr. Barrett seems passionate about her work, she seems to enjoy what she does, and to me that passion makes her a great dentist!

I am taking the time to write a review because the Woodlake staff was great! First visit, very pleased. The staff was very Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and location is great! I was looking for a good family dentist that We can trust and I am very happy I found this office.

Service is great and friendly! I was in and out in about 30 minutes for a routine cleaning. Ive always dreaded coming to the dentist but since I've came here, I look forward to it :) the hygienist, Joanna, is one of the best that I've come across. Dr. Barrett is awesome as well :)

Dr. Barrett and Woodlake are the only reason I started going to the dentist regularly. Before them, I was always "afraid" to go. Dentist was a bad word to me. Not anymore!! Thank you Dr. Barrett and the Woodlake Family!!

Have been going here for several years. Always a friendly staff and short wait time. This last visit was efficient but felt a little rushed. X-rays were taken and the Dr. checked my teeth after the cleaning. She spent about 30 seconds looking at them. Wasn't given an opportunity to ask about caps or a cavity we were watching from a previous visit. Seems like I get different person to clean my teeth nearly every time I come. On about my 4th dentist in 6 years. I guess it is different in TX. Had the same dentist and hygenist in MN for about 20 years.

So much for emergencies. That's a joke. Saturday morning my wife cracked her tooth and the tooth was so sharp it was digging into her tongue. After speaking the Dr Woodlock personally... Her response. Sorry I cant help. I need staff. Staff to simply file down a sharp tooth ???? Laughable

Unfortunately I never went to the office, this is solely based on the front office staff performance. I emailed the facility early last week, asking if I could schedule an appointment for a cleaning/x-rays. I asked if they could please email me for contact, since I work 10 hours a day, & use my personal phone for work so I'd most likely be on the other line. I waited a few days, however never received an email or phone call. Up until today I still did not receive any sort of communication, so I set aside 10mins to call the office to schedule an appointment. The woman on the line said I can schedule & asked if I had insurance. I said yes, however asked if I can provide that information later because I couldn't find it and had to get that late. While talking, I hear the call hang up. I was shocked, & realized that the woman hung up the call (because I didn't have my information?). I kinda got upset, & I called back & got the same lady. I said "This is the girl you were just speaking with. I'm sorry, but was our conversation done?" & She said "Yes." AND SHE HUNG UP THE CALL AGAIN WITHOUT SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT. I'm not sure if she's having a chimp on her shoulder today, however you shouldn't take that out on patients/ potential patients. Unfortunately that fast 3 minute service is not making me go here, that whole conversation was ridiculous.
