Dr Patel is a very caring dentist but his wife is rude and unprofessional. She is still living the past. She needs to change her attitude with patients because the dentist will eventually loose his patients. She also charges the insurance for work not done in your mouth because she is greedy and will beg for you to make appointments. Pay attention to your bill summary.

Top rate doctor and staff. Dr. Patel is patient and explains every detail of procedure and also includes me in the decision process. I would not go to any other dentist.

I was glad that I was told about different procedures and the dentist explained things thoroughly for me. Very clean and all covid precautions taken. Patients are seen one by one so no wait time. Great job!!!

I'm giving it 3 stars as I barley made it past the guard dog receptionist. The moment she answers the phone she informs you there not taking anymore clients and asks for all your info. I explained I have coverage and would like to work with them and she's like I don't see how we don't take any insurances. (I'm guessing this is a screening process) once they confirmed everything now she was very pleasant and I was given the option to make an appointment. I'm a very understanding person I get they might get lots of calls in a day but you know what is more important to me? Customer service listen getting work done isn't cheap and if im spending my money there is it unreasonable to want to be treated like a human being? maybe to them I'm just another paycheck but even so if you tried treating people like clients maybe they'll become clients? Maybe the doctor himself is nice and does good work as I haven't had the full experience I don't want to give them 1star for a review.

I just called and the way that girl in the front desk answered the phone was very rude & unprofessional. You would of thought I called my homegirl. Horrible.
