Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.
Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) is an advanced, proven technology that provides more precise three-dimensional (3D) imaging for more accurate diagnosis and treatment of oral health conditions. 3D dental X-rays can uncover issues that may not be detectable with 2D X-rays. I had a serve wisdom tooth pain and my general dentist refused to see me and directed me to demand for a sooner oral surgery appointment. Which urged me to find another dental office in-network with my insurance and I found Woodbury Smiles Dentistry. I met with Dr. Thomas Morien for the first time and I cannot express enough gratitude!! I went in with one problem, and he educated me about a few other dental problems that were never discussed with me. Even after questioning about it in the past with my general dentist. Dr. Morien was proactive and quickly acted to create a treatment plan after addressing the additional dental concerns. I can honestly say that he is a compassionate and highly knowledgeable expert in his field!

This office has no idea how to bill insurance. We were over charged wrongly on numerous occasions resulting in hundreds of dollars needing to be refunded. When we asked about the questionable charges, the manager was very rude. In fact, we have had more than one unpleasant encounter with the manager. Recently, they billed insurance wrong again. When insurance didn't send them a check, they sent us a bill. I called multiple times to find out what this bill was about and was only told we didn't owe anything. Later, we found out they turned the bill over to claims. This is ridiculous! All they had to do was tell me we did owe the amount and why on one of my multiple calls or even when I was there for a check up This was from 2021! When we called to question why this happened , the manager was again rude. So please, please check your charges after every visit. You are probably being cheated and you don't want to deal with the manager. I should add that Dr. Wilkinson was a good dentist and we stayed for him.

I had a wonderful experience for my 1st time visit yesterday. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful, the dentist and all technicians were very professional and explained all procedures to me. I even had someone come from the office to explain my charges after my savings plan. I felt I got great service and will be back. I also will relay this on to all my friends! Thank you!

Woodbury Smiles Dentistry is the best dental office I have been to in years. They is very nice and helpful. I'm usually afraid to go to different dental offices. But how I was treated there, I felt very comfortable there. The workers are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to other people.

Everyone was very nice, accommodating and thorough. I appreciate the fact that you had the technology to catch my abscess. Also that Dr. Wilkinson, was willing to address the issue ASAP. I am very thankful that I switched over to Smile Dentistry. Also thanks for the Target gift card.

I really like the doctors but the office keeps making mistakes submitting and processing claims. They try to upsell services without explaining the cost differences of what covered and what is not. Also, got an unexpected bill for 1500$ a year later.

The hygienist (Mauri) recently did my cleaning. She was gentle, gave me breaks and was very understanding. She catered to my specific dental needs and gave me the best experience I have had. We listened to music, she was fun and is very good at what she does.
