Terrible attitude, terrible service, i got an emergency appointment and confirmed a day before, when I arrived they told me we don't see any appointment for you. They left me wait outside for a very long time, as their waiting room is still closed due to covid, what an excuse. DON'T USE THEM.

I had an appointment today with my 10 year old son, for 5:30, there was an accident on the Rt 208, they tried to call me on my cell, while we were in the car on county rt 44, which has a part that has no reception, and I couldn't be reached, I arrived 5:34 and they refused to take me, with the excuse that my appointment was 5:15, when they in fact confirmed a day before the 5:30 appointment. When I asked them to let me at least wait in their waiting room till get a car to take me home, they refused with attitude and rudeness. This is not the first time or the 2nd time I'm experiencing this type of service there and I feel this should be shared.
