Dr. Marko Kamel is a board-certified dentist who specializes in preventive, corrective and cosmetic dentistry. He sees beyond a single tooth and examines and treats your mouth, jaw, neck and head as well as your teeth. He earn his masters degree from International Dental Implant Association, where he received his mastership.

He earned his DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) at Egypts Cairo University School of Dentistry in 2000, completed post-graduate studies at the UCLA School of Dentistry from 2000 and 2002, earned a certificate in Contemporary Restorative and Esthetic Dentistry from the University of Minnesota in 2009, completed the Dawson Academy program on complete dentistry in 2012.

Certified with the Minnesota Dental Board in 2002, Dr. Kamel has practiced dentistry at Uptown Dental Arts in Albert Lea since 2002. He opened Woodbury Dental Arts in the spring of 2012. In 2014 he opened Minnesota Dental Arts in Inver Grove Heights, MN. Then in 2015 he opened another Woodbury office called Applewood Family Dental. He is passionate about dentistry and providing the best possible care for his patients.

The son of an Egyptian father and Italian mother, Dr. Kamel grew up in Cairo. Today, he and his wife Nevin, also a trained dentist, and their two sons, Anthony and Kirolos, reside in Woodbury, where they are active community volunteers.

What I enjoy most about dentistry is being able to connect with patients on a one-on-one basis. I like to help my patients understand possible treatment options and design their treatment plans based on their oral health goals. Most importantly, I want to create a comfortable and safe environment for patients during their visits. Outside of dentistry, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. I like to stay active by running, working out, and biking. I also enjoy baking and cooking, and I am always looking for new recipes.

I graduated from Herzing University as a Licensed Dental Assistant and have been working for 3 and a half years. What I love most about my job is being able to help patients smile again. Dr. Kamel is so highly educated that work never gets boring because of all the new technology we have to offer here. l have been with Dr. Kamel and his team since October of 2O14 Spending time with my daughter, family and friends is my favorite hobby.

I have been a dental assistant for more than 10 years, and I love what I do! I joined the Woodbury Dental Arts team in January 2022 and enjoy working with such a fun and experienced team. When Im not at work, I spend my time with my daughter and son. I also love reading and travel!

I graduated from Century College with an Associate of Arts and Associate of Science degrees, and have more than 25 years of experience assisting in implant, oral surgery, periodontics, cosmetic, full-mouth rehabilitation and CEREC dentistry. I am passionate about my dental career and take great pride in caring for each and every one of our patients here at Woodbury Dental Arts. I am the proud mother of Ava, my 16-year-old daughter. In my spare time, I enjoy road biking, walking and dining around my historic St. Paul neighborhood.

I was raised in Alexandria, VA and attended VCU, where I majored in biology. I recently moved from sunny Virginia to the tundra of Minnesota, where I joined the Woodbury Dental Arts team. I am so glad that I did! I have more than 8 years of dental assisting experience and specialize in AOX surgical assisting. My passion is helping people smile! In my free time I enjoy spending time with my perfect dog, Panda. We love to hike, snowboard and kayak.

Hello! My name is Chandra, I have been working as a dental assistant for 1 year. My favorite hobbies are spending time with family and spending time in gym.I love being a part of Woodbury Dental Arts team!Dr. Kamel is always learning and has the newest technologies.

My hygiene career started when I graduated from Normandale College. l continue to update my education every year to always stay current. The last 7 years of my career have been at Woodbury Dental Arts with Dr. Kamel. l admire Dr. Kamels work ethic and dedication to his patients. He truly cares about the comfort of every patient. His passion for dentistry makes all of us here work hard to provide the best care for all of our patients. I am married and a mother of 3 children. l have 7 grandchildren . l also have 2 spoiled Yorkies. My hobbies are reading, walking, sewing and stamping. My all time favorite hobby is spending time with my grandchildren.

I graduated in 1984 as a Dental Assistant CRDA and again in 2003 as a Dental Hygienist RDH. I am very dedicated and passionate about getting to know my patients and providing them with the best care for their dental health. l enjoy taking continuing education classes to learn and stay on the cutting edge of dental technology. I grew up in Minnesota and love spending time outdoors gardening, and taking walks with my husband. The best thing about coming to Woodbury Dental Arts has been working with professional, caring people.

Carol joined Woodbury Dental Arts as our Office Manager in January 2020. From a young age dental care was a passion for Carol. After graduating from high school, she studied Dental Assisting and received her Registered Dental Assisting License in California. After assisting for several years, she moved into Administration and is a member of the American Association of Dental Office Management.

My name is Christin or Chris and I am the Patient Coordinator greeting you at the front desk and answering the phones at Woodbury Dental Arts. I have had a vast career starting in the US Air Force followed by both medical and dental offices. My passion is to provide positive customer service. I love to be able to interact with people and I look forward to each day as an opportunity to learn something new and exciting.

Hi! Im Jess and Ive been working been at Woodbury Dental Arts since January 2021. I have lived in St. Paul, Minnesota all my life. I love to play sports, with my favorite being volleyball. I also love to travel and my favorite places that she has been to are Australia, England, Italy and Spain. While Im not working, I enjoy being outside with my dogs and spending time with my family and boyfriend.

I went to Century College for dental assisting and graduated in 2007. l have been working in this field for 10 years. What I love most about my job is making/helping people feel more comfortable in the dental chair. I also enjoy teaching them all the new dental technology that Dr. Kamel has to offer. We never stop learning in this office. I have been with Woodbury Dental Arts for 5 years ever since the doors opened. My hobbies include spending time with my husband, daughter and dog. I love to go to country concerts and read.

Ive been in dentistry my whole life, having grown up with parents and grandparents in the dental field. Ive been fortunate to work in a wide variety of roles throughout my 25+ year career in dentistry. My passion is helping patients who havent smiled in years finally regain the confidence and quality of life that a beautiful, healthy smile provides. I received my undergraduate degrees from St. Olaf College and my Masters Degree from St. Catherine University. When not working with our amazing team and patients at Woodbury Dental Arts, I love spending time with my family and friends.

I joined Woodbury Dental Arts in September 2021 as Surgical Coordinator. I have more than 5 years of experience in the medical field, where I worked as a CNA. I have always had a passion for direct patient care, and in being a part of patients progress improving their health and lifestyle. During summer, I enjoy playing beach volleyball, attending country music festivals and being on the boat with friends and family.

Hi Im Jasmine!! I graduated in 2014 with Associates of Science in Medical Staff Management Services. I found my passion for dentistry in 2016 and holistic dentistry in 2017. As a patient acquisitionist/Implant scheduler I get to speak with peoplefirst handabout issues and insecurity with their smile and teeth. The biggest reward in this position is to see people get their confidence and smile back. In my free time I enjoy spending time with family and friends and traveling to places I have never been.

Dr. Danika Jackson is a born and raised Minnesotan. She grew up in Lino Lakes, went to the College of Saint Benedict for her undergraduate degree, and graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. She is a licensed general dentist and has worked at Woodbury Dental Arts since July 2020. Dr. Jackson and her husband Danny enjoy spending time with family and playing with their foster cats. She loves spending time in the lake during the summer and playing board games and doing puzzles during the winter.
