Got my filling done by Doctor Sindhura. Very gentle and accommodating. I have always been anxious about dentists but she was wonderful very soft spoken and knew exactly what she was doing!

Getting 2 crowns on my front teeth was a smooth transition. Staff made me feel relaxed, and Jessica was soooo nice.

Wasted my time showing up to my scheduled appointment only to find out I needed a form because I'm pregnant, which no one called to inform me I needed beforehand. Defeats the purpose of filling out forms online stating I'm pregnant a few days before my appointment.

Made an appointment due to pain in my teeth. My appointment was at 3pm, i arrived at 250pm. At 425pm had just been called back. There is a mask sign on the door but absolutely no one cared. There was kids uncontrolled in there walking up to people and kids snotty and coughing without a mask. There needs to be a visitor limit in that tiny office, not letting a patient bring 4 family members in with them that weren't being seen. The Dr I saw was very short with me. Took x-rays and stood over me and looked in my mouth and said ok we will message you when the insurance approves it. That next week it got worse and I went to another dentist who took amazing care of me and did my root canals right then and there. Finally no pain and absolutely will not be returning to Woodbridge smiles. Also we are in a pandemic, if you hear people coughing and snotty you need to send them home not risk every patient in that office.

Each and Every Staff Member was kind to me, thoughtful, patient, caring, supportive, and very considerate.They genuinely care about there patients wants & needs.I would highly recommend them to Family, Friends, & neighbors.

I had an appointment at 2:00. I asked if it's their standard practice to keep people waiting at 2:40. I was sat in the dentist chair at 2:50. At 3:00 I left without a service. What a freaking lack of respect for my time!

I must say this dentist is worth the three hour drive that I take coming from South Boston. I went on 12/13/21 ( my first visit) to have a consultation about an extraction and I was super nervous, but the staff made sure that all that nervousness went away. I went back on 12/28/21 to have my wisdom tooth removed and Dr. Kim was super nice and he made the process as smooth as possible. This was the third wisdom tooth that I had removed and the after effects was so different from the first two that I had removed at another dentist. I literally had no pain even after the numbness wore off. This was definitely like a 5 minute extraction like I've never had it done that fast. I was sent home with a prescription for ibuprofen and I haven't taken not one pill. I will continue to drive three hours for service like that. They actually make me want to go to the dentist and my fear of the dentist is actually subsiding. 10/10 recommend Woodbridge Smiles to anyone. I've told a lot of people about them. They really take care of you and I love the fact that they remember their patients names and understand your concerns. I haven't learned everyone's names yet but that staff is superb especially Monique. While I was there they were having some technical difficulties and Monique handled the problem to make sure all patients that needed that service got that service and yes my wait was longer than last time but I didn't mind because I knew I would be taken care of. Everyone needs that Woodbridge Smiles experience.

Its hard to find a good dentist. Im very picky about who i let care for me. When I went to woodbridge smiles soon as I walked in I was Greeted by Monique. Her energy was very welcoming. I live in Arlington but the drive is worth it I will definitely be back there again. Thank You to the Team of Woodbridge smiles.

"I was in pain an called in for an Emergency appointment. I spoke to the office manger, Monique who was very polite and professional And very knowledgeable far as my insurance. Needless to say Ms. Monique got me in the same day for my appointment and Dr. Kim was able to do my extraction the same day. They're they best. truly appreciate Woodbridge Smiles!

I've been going to Woodbridge Smiles for about 3 years now. The front desk staff is always professional and polite. And the Doctors are very caring especially Dr. Sindhu!

Took my daughter to her appointment at 9am after getting a day off from work, they told me we rescheduled your appointment . I said how come I didn't get any call from you guys ? they said yes we did ! I checked all my voicemails and my text the last text from them was a confirmation of that day appointment I even show it to the lady working there ... Ended up rescheduled one more time ! So upset because it was not the first time I get rescheduled but this time without any notice .
