Dr. Andy Ma is a highly experienced dentist who has been practicing in Northern Virginia for over nine years. Dr. Ma is dedicated to the comfort and safety of his patients and believes that all patients should be treated as family members. Dr. Ma received his doctoral of Dentistry from Virginia Commonwealth University, School of Dentistry. He is actively engaged in maintaining up-to-date clinical skills and knowledge by regularly attending advanced continuing education courses offered by prestigious dental institutions. This commitment allows Dr. Ma to provide his patients with the best possible care. He is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Ma is also concerned with the needs of the less fortunate. He actively volunteers at the NOVA Dental Clinic and the annual Mission of Mercy (MOM) project, both of which provide free dental care to low-income families. He has also provided free dental care to schoolchildren in rural Vietnam as a part of Operation Smile in 2006.

Front desk girl who calls herself "the manager" was rude, unwilling to help, apathetic, very unethical, overall a disgusting treatment. The only thing that saves this business is that she doesn't perform the dental work; and yet she is the face of the company.

The absolute god send of dentist offices !! I'm telling you I called them desperately looking for help regarding my wisdom teeth. The beautiful receptionist squeezed me in to get a consultation that same day. I went in, got looked at and they got me an appointment for an extraction the next day !!! Even though I boo hooed like a baby they tired their best to get the job done and they did. I'm so thankful for these people and will have to send them flowers or something for putting up with me being a big crybaby. Thank you all so much for helping me in my time of need.

I have been going to Dr Ma for a couple of years. I had only gone to one other dentist before and he retired. My daughter went to him first and said she thought I would like him. Dr Ma is very gentle and makes sure I have no pain when fixing my teeth. I love his staff as they are all really nice. I still get nervous before I go in to see him but once I get there everything is great! I am very happy my daughter recommended him....

My daughter and I have been seeing Dr. Ma for several years now. He came highly recommended by a family friend, and we're both very happy to have him as our dentist. I, for one, do NOT like going to the dentist in general, but Dr. Ma always finds a way to make me feel at ease and comfortable when getting much needed dental work done. In addition, the dental hygienists are very friendly, and we enjoy a quick chat before they get started, which is fun! I cannot say enough good things about the receptionist, Angela, she is absolutely wonderful, welcoming and professional. It's always a pleasure to see her upon arrival, not to mention how easy she makes it to work out appointment rescheduling or billing issues.

Dr. Ma's been wonderful. He and his staff are always warm and polite. In more recent times, I appreciate that they are abiding by Covid restrictions and taking steps to ensure client safety. Dr. Ma takes the time to explain what he's seeing with your teeth, and I've never had the experience of him trying to upsell extraneous dental work like some of the other reviews. If anything I think he's been very conscientious of not doing work that's not needed. For example noting a tooth that I might need to keep a watch on and for me to call him if anything changes with that tooth. A previous dentist I went to in woodbridge seemed like I had to get at least one or two new fillings everytime I went in, which has not been the case with Dr. Ma. I can also tell that Dr. Ma takes pride in his work and he wants to make sure that things are done right. The notes and records that he and his staff take are very detailed and comprehensive. They will remember things like me mentioning a general sensitivity and suggesting using a different toothpaste and ask how that's been going the the next appointment. I have had a great experience and would recommend.

I didn't think it was possible to be so impressed by a dentist appointment! My previous dentist used to be pretty good, and I went there for about 15 years until the quality of service went down so much that I had to stop going. Woodbridge dental center completely blew them out of the water with their first class service, new/modern building and tools (panoramic X-ray machine that plays classical music and talks to you as it takes the X-ray!), and prices that are cheaper than my previous dentist!
