Steer clear from this place! I couldn't get out of there fast enough and didn't even stay long enough for them to fix the problem I went there for. They want you to spend way more money than is necessary. Started off bad even making the appointment. She wanted me to agree to be in their program to save money on work needed to be done before they even seen my teeth. She said it would save money with cleanings. I tried telling the lady I can't have my teeth cleaned so I don't want to agree to pay for something I can't even have done. She was rude after that. The hygienist was awful. She was unfriendly and rough. My mouth hurt worse when I left than when I went. I went for a problem I'm having with 1 tooth, and they came in saying I needed $5,000 with of work. I told them I don't have that kind of money and they got pretty rude saying I should put it on a credit card and make payments. I paid close to $100 for them to tell me which tooth hurt which I already knew. Luckily I have an appointment soon at a different dentist. I advise you do the same.

Just went here for New patient appointment with xrays, cleaning and exam. The staff was nice and while they gave me options for add ons like Floride or the in house insurance plan no one was pushy. I understand that they have a new doctor and new staff which from the looks of old reviews where need and now no longer a deterrent. I had a great experience and will be coming back for my 6month check up and cleaning!

Dr. Yeager provided me with a total of 6 veneer/crowns. In 33 years my smile has never looked better. Great job and staff. Dr. Yeager was even willing to make a special trip on his off day to adjust my temporaries. Thanks for the good work!

Been going to them for about 18 months, had no problem til now. Went for a cleaning in Feb, talked to them about replacing my partial upper plate (which I absolutely hated!) with a permanent bridge. Man, the high pressure close was on! They told me that they could do it that day, and that they would charge my 0% Care credit acct the $1300, and all would be good. I went ahead and had the bridge done, great work, no issues or concerns. So imagine my surprise when I got a bill in the mail today for $886!!! They said that my insurance denied the bill., and that my issue was with the insurance company, not them. What a crock! They should have cleared the insurance payment before even starting the procedure!

Went in for a cleaning. The staff was friendly and the hygienist did great. Had a few cavaties and they suggested I get fillings. Was kinda in a hurry but went ahead and had the feelings done. I was impressed at how quick the dentist did the 3 fillings. This was about a month ago and I have not had any issues sense. Thanks!

They don't keep their dentists long at this office. I have had four different dentists in four years. The technicians and hygienist were good, and that's why they get two stars. Recently they replaced a bridge on my lower right side back teeth.The procedure should have only taken 4-5 weeks. It took them about three months to get it right. I asked for a discount on my balance due to make up for the extra time, and no such luck. Their corporate people showed no respect for my time, so I told them adios.

We have been using Wood River Family for a few years now. We have had some billing discrepancies in the past, and I have always just let them go. This last year my husband had to have quite a bit of dental work done. Turns out we have maxed out his annual allotted amount of money for the year covered by insurance. They were more than aware of this, yet they still hounded him to come in for his cleaning. This place is incessant on calling and telling you its time for a cleaning. They will drive you crazy with it. Instead of giving him a plan for the cleaning, knowing insurance was maxed out, they did the cleaning and turned it into insurance, which was obviously denied. Now they are billing us 288 dollars for yearly cleaning. MAKE SURE TO ALWAYS GET A PLAN FROM HERE, YOU WILL HAVE TO ASK FOR IT!! EVEN ROUTINE CARE.
