The front office and billing isn't great. My son needed replacement retainers which they said is $300 and they won't bill your insurance even if there's coverage left. Lazy! They are quick to take your money!

Wood Orthodontics' patient experience is unmatched. I got my braces when I was a freshman in highschool (6 years ago). I have been going to Wood Orthodontics for any problems I have had and they have ALWAYS helped me. The staff is unmatched and always professional. Their smiles and overall positive attitudes are very welcoming. Dr. Wood is an amazing, knowledgable, and caring orthodontist and I am grateful to have been able to go to such an impressive facility. Thank you, to the whole team at Wood Orthodontics!

So I called looking for a replacement retainer. I was quoted a price of $180. We drove 40 miles (hard to get a retainer from an unfamiliar orthodontist). As soon as I got in the back she said, "Before we do anything we have to talk about price. It's $150 per retainer, top and bottom $300." Where did $180 go? Who gets only one? They obviously knew I'd been quoted incorrectly but NOBODY called to tell me. Just get them in the chair. We have $300. I despise liars! We left.

We have had the best experience so far and my Daughter just had her braces put on November 20th, 2017! Amazing staff!! I highly recommend them!!

We took our son to get his braces ,he was nervous but the staff was great and he was very comfortable. His new braces look great too!

Always takes great care of my kiddo, the office is always clean, and the staff are super! Just got her braces off, very happy with the results. We will be taking our 2nd child there when it's time for her to get braces.
