I've had three procedures done so far and need one more in a couple of months. Had the best experience every time. I pay no attention to the little things like the front desk staff or the wait time. My main focus is getting my procedure done and over with. They have always called me afterwards to see how everything's going! Dr. Currie has done all my procedures and I couldn't be happier with him, he explains the whole procedure which makes me feel so much better. I always know I'm in good hands.

My son had his wisdom teeth removed. Every person we dealt with, from the intern to Doctor to anesthesiologist to post-op nurse, was friendly, informative, and concerned. The facility is beautiful and spotless, and I was kept informed of everything I needed to know, both pre- and post- procedure. Highly recommend!

I got my 4 wisdom teeth removed here in May 2022 due to pain and constant headaches. I was scared at first because, they said I had to be put under sleep, but the process was smooth I remember nothing and followed post op instructions and healed within 2 weeks I am happy with my results and no longer have headaches.Thank you Dr. Smith and the team!

Wow....the range of reviews on here really speaks to the quality of care this office provides. Youll either get the worst service of your life or the best. Do you really want to find out which side of the coin yours will fall on??? I had my wisdom teeth removed in this office by Danielle Holland on 3/14/22. I had never been put under general anesthesia before at a dentists office. I had no idea that I would be sitting in a dentist chair with my coat as a blanket and my cell phone and glasses sitting in my lap. No one was in gowns or "washed up" before being put to sleep. The anesthesiologist blew my vein which was painful and caused awful bruising. I was looking around the room super nervous waiting for her to put me to sleep and I realized that the room wasnt even clean. Floors were filthy, the rolling cart was so dusty. Definitely not a room that you would think they would be performing a surgery in. Right before I was about to be put under the assistant asks me for my credit card. Says that they bill you the worst case scenario and I would be refunded whatever the difference was when the claim processed. The day before surgery I had spoken with someone who provided me the estimated amount and said that it may not be that much and that it just depends on how long they use anesthesia. She never advised me that I would be paying the worst case scenario before the surgery. I was under the impression that I would be billed after the surgery the accurate amount based off of the amount of anesthesia. Once the claim processed I was due a refund and now they are telling me that the refund will take 6 weeks. When I woke up they were pushing my chair into the recovery area. I was in the recovery area trying to wake up for a very short period of time before they told me it was time to go. When I got out of the chair I was very dizzy and almost fell. Thankfully my sister in law was there to help me get out to the car. Unfortunately, the terrible service didnt end there. The man in recovery was awful! The whole time I was trying to wake up he was trying to talk to me about politics. Telling me how much he hates Biden and that he had stickers at his desk that say "Go Brandon". He advised me that he had been in trouble before for discussing politics to his patients but that he didnt care because his political views were too important. I dont care what your political views are but you do not discuss those things at your place of employment with your patients. Its extremely unprofessional. Overall this was by far the worst experience Ive had at a dentist office. The lack of communication around what to expect from the surgery and the payment, filthy room and extremely unprofessional staff should not be tolerated. Wanted to also mention that I did speak with someone and made a verbal complaint and I got the generic "Thank you for letting us know. Ill be sure to look into it" On the one positive note that I have....Im healing nicely. I say dont take that 50/50 chance with this place. Go somewhere that you KNOW you will be taken care of and not somewhere that you hope you will be.

Absolutely horrific experience with this office. My son went to get his wisdom teeth removed and when he came out of the surgery room, he was absolutely covered in blood, all over his clothes and face. The doctor did not pack his mouth where they extracted the teeth. We also discovered when we got home that his front tooth has a big chip in it that wasn't there before. When we called to ask them how this happened, they said "That chip was already in his tooth". TERRIBLE TERRIBLE office. Completely incompetent and completely unprofessional. This office should be investigated for malpractice.

Even though I showed up early I didn't seem to have a long wait. The nurse and assistant was fantastic and friendly. The gentleman in recovery was also great. I felt very safe and would definitely recommend this office to others.

Excellent experience with the Carlisle office and staff from the very first visit. A huge shout out to Dr Holland. Not only is she amazing at her job/career, she is compassionate and takes the time to explain the process....your not just another patient. She was open and honest just like she would be to a friend or family. I knew I was in good hands with Dr Holland. All my worries/concerns were cleared after speaking to her once. THANK YOU for all you do! Stephanie Leonard

Everyone in the office was very kind, courteous, and attentive. They were able to fit me in immediately to get my wisdom teeth removed as they were causing me a lot of pain. Also, when I was experiencing post-operative pain, they were quick to fit me in and assess the situation to make sure I was okay. I highly recommend the Carlisle office!
