Most professional, highly competent and caring dental practice on the planet. I have been going to the Woo-Wang Dental practice for 19 years. I live 1 1/2 hrs from their locations and still travel there for my dental care. Woo-Wang Dental is consistantly the most technologically and highly skilled dental practice to be found.

Great and friendly staff! Customer service is what I personally love. Just walking into the office, they greet you by your name and make you feel at ease. No one loves going to the dentist but the doctors are very gentle and take their time. I first started going to the Kensington office but when I moved to Germantown I was so relieved to see they had an office in Gaithersburg. Both offices are great! I definitely recommend this practice.

Last night I broke my tooth. It was very upsetting as I could not determine the damage. I called my dental office, Woo Wang, and they fit me in today and I was lucky that all I needed was a crown. They put in a temporary and I was on my way. Their office is welcoming and I am grateful for such excellent dental care.

I started going to this dental clinic this year. Overall I am happy with the treatment I have received, although it is small clinic and equiments are relatively old. I liked the dentist, and he explains many things in detail and is kind. Once I had a deep cleaning(done by technician), it was a bit painful but what bothered me more was there was no one to hold the cleaning nozzle. The cleaning was done by the technician 100% and she has only two hands. While she dug out some plaque, the water nozzle moves in my mouth because she pull my lips for cleaning, and it made water spread all over my face, eye... Etc. It was something I didn't like and want to avoid... However, the most annoying and disappointing part is their lack of empathy and service industry mind. When I recently had an appointment, they texted me that same morning (20min before my appointment, so I was out to leave!) that I need to reschedule my appointment. I already asked for half day off from my work so this was kinda of bummer. But I understood since it was technician's illness or something. But when I rescheduled my appointment for a few days later, they canceled me again. AGAIN! Just by dropping me a message. This made me frustrated and upset. Felt like I can't trust them. Today I called the clinic to reschedule, and nobody apologized when I explained what happened. The person on the phone just said, okay. No more empathy at all. Felt like she doesn't care and with "So what do you want me to do?" attitude. I rescheduled my appointment, but I will cancel it and try to find another dentist in this area.
