I was sent to Dr. Wong by Dr. Esther Lopez for a root canal for a tooth that didn't need the surgery, which I didn't know at that time. And later I found out Dr. Lopez had been ripping me off when she showed me my old X-ray pointing out I had a cavity on other tooth. I was able to catch her lie because I went to other dentist for a checkup prior to visiting her and specifically asked about the tooth so I knew the tooth had already been treated. I also took the new X-ray at the dentist and I brought it to Dr.Lopez. But she was sneaky and switched it with my old X-ray and said the tooth has a cavity. So, I told her that she was looking at the wrong X-ray. Then she didn't say anything and just switched it with the correct latest X-ray that I brought in. This incident reminded me of the root canal surgery she had me go through. I had a pain in the gums around one of my teeth one time but it went away after I brushed and cleaned it well. I asked Dr. Lopez to check on the tooth and she told me I needEd a root canal and sent me to Dr. Wong. When I asked Dr. Wong why I need the root canal he stopped and asked me if I want to do it. And at that time I didn't know what Dr. Lopez was doing to me so I said yes to him. But I think he knew I didn't need the surgery. He was working with Dr. Lopez and he performed the unnecessary surgery for money. How can he not know as a doctor when a tooth actually needs a root canal. I wanted to sue Dr. Lopez but she just retired recently. And I can't trust Dr. Wong either. .

I've been Dr. Ralan Wong patient for the last 10-years or so, if you are in a need for a good dentist, look no further, by far, one of the best Dentists around. Professional, experience, knowledgeable and exceptional endodontist work, add on to the mix kind personality, integrity and great team around him and here you have it. Nothing less than five stars

I've been Dr. Ralan Wong patient for the last 10-years or so, if you are in a need for a good dentist, look no further, by far, one of the best Dentists around. Professional, experience, knowledgeable and exceptional endodontist work, add on to the mix kind personality, integrity and great team around him and here you have it. Nothing less than five stars

I was able to get an emergency same day appointment with Dr. Ralan Wong at 1:30 pm to assess the need for a root canal with Endiodontist Dr. Ralan Wong. Dr. Wong confirmed that a root canal was needed and who completed my root canal procedure by 3 pm the same day (including time to move my car to a better parking spot behind their office). Exceptional services by Dr. Ralan Wong. I found out later that he is one of the top experts on root canals at UOP dental school. He has the latest equipment and is able to perform the procedure quickly and painlessly.

Interesting. I've only had great experiences with Dr Wong and the reception team. They've always been courteous and thoughtful. Dr Wong recently saw me with no notice for a facial swelling. Very grateful for that.
