No compassion to patients, All they want is your $ . I had been going here since before Dr. Wong took the practice over from Dr. Manalese. Since Dr. Wong has taken over I have had a decent number of pleasant experiences here however it seems as if even though you might visit them regularly something pops up so they can do some extra work and charge your insurance, or If your not carful they will tell you that your insurance does not cover certain things and ask you to pay out of Pocket, and then still charge the insurance so they make more $, My sibling who has also been going for years and is avid about taking care of their teeth recently did a routine cleaning, and they told her she has a hole under a cavity that they put in, and needs to have a crown put in for around 1k, something similar happened to me a few years back and I ended up paying the thousand for them to fixup work that they did on me that was not done correctly in the first place. Looking at some of the other reviews it seems there is a common pattern here. They remind me of an auto-mechanic shop, you go in for 1 thing and you leave with a huge bill and confused as to how the problem wasn't addressed in the prior routine visits. Hopefully I can save you from the same inconveniences my family & I have had over the years.

Great office and professional staff! The dentist (Dr.Wong) is amazing along with her staff. I found this dental office on a Sunday when I came in for an emergency. You see, I irresponsibly ignored a cracked molar for a period of time that resulted in a nasty infection. The crab leg I was feasting on, alas won its battle against my molar. Nevertheless Dr. Wong took me in that day and started working asap. Dr. Wong absolutely took great pride in making sure I was taken care of. I left their office after the procedure and my main goal was met. That occurred over two years ago and now I have found my permanent dentist. Whenever I need dental work done, I make an appointment with them. The office staff is professional and friendly. When I show up to my appointments they always take me in shortly after checking in. I have done my fillings, extractions, and cleanings with them without a hitch. To sum it all up, they care about your health and they are professional in their work. They are also gentle and will make you feel very comfortable. This is important as my childhood experiences with bad and annoyed dentists left a lasting negative impression on them. Dr. Wong and her staff also care about preventative oral care. They will lay it out to you even if you don't want to accept it. It's your choice. I learned the hard way by ignoring "budding" cavities and ended up in more pain than I should have been. If you're thinking about checking this dentist out, then you should give them a try. Thank you Dr.Wong and your team!

The staff are always helpful and understanding. My visit was a routine cleaning. They handle everything as a friendly routine. That is why I will come back to Wong Dental. Keith K

They were very helpful They help me to the parts of my paperwork that I didn't understand X-ray Tech was very good Doctor had a lot of information for me patient for me didn't do nothing until she described what she was doing 1st Everyone there made me feel very comfortable

I highly recommend Dr Wong's office, their Drs and staff and so friendly and know how to answer any questions you may have. My family will definitely will be continuing to come to this office for many years to come.

Dr. Wong and her staff are very friendly and professional. Great office Calming atmosphere. Went in for my Denture adjustments. They were very helpful, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended. 6/6/22 Went in to get a Moler pulled Dr. WONG is great always checking that you a comfortable and with out pain through out the extraction. Highly recommended.

When you made an appointment and wanted to do teeth cleaning, they gave you some other proposal with a huge bill, trying to persuade you to do fillings, which other dentists don't recommend at all. And eventually, they didn't do the teeth cleaning for you! The dentist wasn't professional at all, since the answer she gave one of my questions was " ah I don't know! " Lolol. Were you trained in medical school at all? The appointment time is a joke, since you still need to wait for at least 30min until being called. How can they get so many 5-star reviews? They must have spent a lot in buying good reviews. Stop texting me!!!

Stay away!!!! Do not give these people money!!! I went in for an emergency root canal. She was the first dentist i found open on a Saturday that accepted my insurance. Wish i would have checked the reviews. This office is only about how much money they can squeeze out of you. I had trouble with my root canal right away. When i returned my the final appointment for the root canal I explained to her that i was still feeling pain and pressure. She said that happens and it will go away. I dealt with the annoyance because it comes and goes. Finally i went to another dentist and explained my situation. When he did the x rays, the tooth is still infected and needs a root canal. I called the office back and asked them to honor the fact that they had charged me for a root canal that was done incorrectly , she said she would talk to the dr about it and call me back. That was over a month ago, and i'm still waiting on that call.

I've been coming here for a long time now, the entire staff is super nice and just do a fantastic job no matter any they're working on. Understandably right now with covid it may seem risky going to a dentist being so close to someone. But all precautions are taken before you even walk through the door.

The staff is very courteous & professional, never a long wait for appointments & they don't make you feel rushed so they can get in the next patient. I especially appreciated the time that the hygienist took to show me how to brush my teeth & massage my gums by not just telling me but actually doing it and making sure I understood during the process. (5 Star) for sure.

WORST dental office I've been!!! This place is NOT a kid friendly at all!!! Even with appointment they still make you wait. Front desk ladies and the Dentist are rude. I definitely NOT recommend this place!!!!
