A family member is a patient here and it seems that if you have dental insurance they are willing to do any procedure even if it's not covered. They take you in a room and you fill out paperwork for a loan. They have never responded to a detailed letter of concerns regarding insurance coverage. On the last visit in October they were given a new insurance card and they abruptly said we don't take that insurance you'll have to go somewhere else! This is after being a patient for over 2 years and a large amount of dental work. So I cannot recommend Dr Wolfe. I feel he does not represent the patients interest in a professional manner.

As a Supervisor with the United States Postal Service I have a hectic schedule. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my last 2 appointments with Dr Wolfe's office. I called to reschedule and they told me to "hold on". The receptionist then came back to the phone telling me they sent me a "separation letter ". Lol. That's ok.....but then they called me concerning my daughter's upcoming appointment. Ever since they moved to this larger office there has been miscommunication and unprofessionalism. As an almost 10 year patient, the 5 of us will now seek another dentist and I wish you and your practice all the best.

I have been going to Dr. Wolfe for a long time for my cleanings and have had multiple other oral services done here. The staff makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk through the door. The hygienists are personable and diligent in their work and Dr. Wolfe is wonderful. Definitely recommend coming here!!

I relocated to Bethlehem a year ago and am grateful for finding Dr. Wolfe to care for my dental needs. I've visited a few times already and feel safe, secure and confident under his professional expertise. Dr. Wolfe's staff also expertly attend to all my questions and administrative details. I know that I am in good hands. They truly care.

Been going to Wolfe Dental for over a year now. Initially went because I was having hot/cold sensitivity in a tooth and ended up needing a root canal (my own fault). They got me fixed up and I'm taking much better care of my teeth now. The staff is very nice and Dr. Wolfe is friendly. As long as I live in this area, I'll keep coming back!

Unfortunately, I had a tooth fracture while on vacation, visiting from Ohio. I was able to easily make a same-day appointment with Wolfe Dental. I left with excellent treatment by staff and doctor. Thanks for helping minimize the disruption to my vacation!!!! If I was local, I would definitely use your dental office and recommend them if you are local.

I went to Dr. Wolfe for a major procedure recently. The entire staff was friendly, pleasant and professional. Dr. Wolfe did an awesome job. He explained the procedure I wasn't worried. I highly recommend Dr. Wolfe!!!!

I just went there today because they squeezed me in after learning how much pain I was in! All the staff was incredible and they got me in for wisdom tooth removal surgery tomorrow! Love this place and I look forward to going back for a cleaning after I'm healed up from this surgery!

I had a dentist in which I fired once I got to meet Dr. Wolf. I am 19 weeks pregnant and had my #31 tooth broken and infected, in which was evaluated and immediately suggested by my old dentist to have it removed! However, never intervened in helping me schedule an appointment sooner rather than later, due to to condition of my tooth. My old dentist knew that I was being scheduled out until May, in which was unacceptable, due toe having the tooth infected and running the risk of it traveling to my heart. I advocated for myself and found Dr. Wolf, in which his staff took my broken tooth more seriously and squeezed me in, because he knew that being pregnant makes things more complicated! I went to my appointment and had the privilege in meeting Dr. Wolfe. He examined my tooth and stated that it needed immediate removal and knew it could have ran some complications, so he made the impossible, POSSIBLE! He arranged for my extraction to get done, the very same day! He truly cares about his patients!! He could have done what the other dentist's did, which was put my needs off and let me fend for myself. But, he didn't. I immediately praised him for his diligence and empathy. I immediately called my dentist that my husband referred me to and fired them and told them about their services. I told my husband that he shouldn't go to them anymore. He agreed and fired them as well. He immediately made a call to wolf dental, to schedule his six month cleaning! The old dentist were not happy. Oh well. Anyone who wants great quality dental care and is paying a lot for their dental insurance, please try Wolf dental, you won't be sorry!

My appointment was on time, had a new crown installed, the staff and Dr. Wolfe are very helpful, friendly, and professional. I've enjoyed being one of their patients.

Went to my first visit and absolutely loved it!!! They are so good, so cheerful, they make me laugh, the team is amazing and took good care of me. The doctor is a great person, he treat me with a lot of respect and explain everything to me, giving me options and helping me to make the best decision for me. Awesome place!

I had my first visit as a new patient yesterday and wow, incredible service all around from reception on the phone to when I arrived until I left. My hygienist was so personable, knowledgeable, and it may have been the most gental cleaning I've ever had, thank you Kirstin! As for Dr. Wolfe, he had a down to earth approach with great chair side manor. Also brought to my attention all the details I needed to make the best decisions regarding my personal care. Also the facilities were top notch! Can't wait to go back and see everyone again in a few weeks. Who would have thought you could look forward to going to "the dentist"! Choose Wolfe Dental Spa with confidence!!

I waited to write this review until I received my permanent crown today because I did not trust this practice to behave professionally if I was honest about my experience. At my first appointment with Dr. Wolfe I was told that I needed to have a crown replaced and several fillings done. I completed the fillings first and then scheduled the procedure for the crown replacement. During the initial conversations and appointments I let them know that I suffer from severe anxiety and have a prescription to address this which I take prior to any appointments that require numbing or drilling. I completed the fillings with little issue but when I returned for the crown appointment (the cost of which had been pre-authorized by my insurance) I had taken my anxiety medication, undergone the numbing procedure, and the dentist (not Dr Wolfe, but a woman who I had never met before that day or been told would be completing the procedure) had begun to remove the crown- the process was stopped and I was told that in fact my insurance would not cover the procedure and I would have to pay approximately $1100 more than what was agreed. After letting them know that I could not afford this and asking what my options were, I was told that there were no other options and I had to complete the procedure that day. I was then made to sign a loan application through Lending Club (which did impact my credit through the opening of a new account- though I was explicitly told it would not) and have the loan approved before they would continue the procedure which had already been started. I felt and feel that this entire situation was unfair and unethical. When I have relayed this experience to another dental professional, I was told that no part of this should ever have happened and I would have been better off getting out of the chair and seeking out another dentist even with the crown already impacted. I wish that I had. After this experience, one of the fillings that had been done by Dr. Wolfe cracked in half after 6 weeks. I was blamed for this saying that these fillings don't break under normal conditions- but they did. Today, I requested my record at the start of my appointment as I do not plan to return- because of this I was asked what had happened and Dr. Wolfe offered to honor the original stated cost of the crown. This indicates to me that this was possible all along but not offered. Additionally, Dr. Wolfe stated that he was not happy about making the offer but felt obligated. I stated that he was welcome to make that restitution if he felt that it was the right thing to do but that regardless I would not be returning as a patient. He did not follow through on this means of "making it right." I would not recommend this practice to anyone who values ethics, safety, or quality.

Wolfe Dental Spa is an AMAZING Experience. A friendly Staff where they know you name when you walk in and the Experience is what makes this place a Personal Experience where they treat all patients like FAMILY>.Everyone is so Nice I cannot Stress it enough. I used to be a person very Nervous about going to a Dentist but Comfort is number One and Dr Wolfe is the Kindest and very Understanding Human Being and takes his time talking to you and making you feel Happy to go here. A Truly amazing Place where you will smile when you leave and Having a Relationship with this Family Style Dental Office. I cannot wait to go again. Try this place . You will see that Wolfe Dental Spa is the Very Best in the Valley and the Region. A-1 Service. Thanks Dr Wolfe I had a great time.
