Digital X-rays offer a huge advantage in early detection and preventive services. Advanced image manipulation and analysis, for example, allows your doctor to detect early stages of gum disease through recognition of bone level changes, or by evaluating the results against a previous treatment.

An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.

Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

Dr. Young and his team has been my dental practice of choice for years. I think I am going on 5-6 years of seeing DR Young. He is incredible and the staff changes over time but he creates an office that is patient focused. I have a lot of anxiety around my dental care but he never makes me feel uncomfortable. I wish everyone could find a dentist as great as Dr. Young!!

3rd appointment I've had cancelled once I show up due to dentist not being in office, not having my insurance on file, etc. I understand why appointments were cancelled but do not understand why I was not called or emailed ahead of time. I even get reminder emails about my appointments a few days before! It's really hard as a teacher with a young child to find the time to go to regular dentist appointments and to have them brushed off when I walk in the door is more than inconvenient. I love the dentist I've worked with here but can no longer risk taking time off of work for nothing.

In the past the front desk seemed a bit disorganized. This time things went quite smoothly so I was very satisfied. The dentist and hygienist were great.

Let me start by saying, I have severe dentist anxiety. I have never had a really bad experience per se, but I think I just have anxiety surrounding the whole in your mouth situation. However, I am so thankful I found Wolf Ranch dental group. Everything from the booking process to the checking out process was so easy and streamlined. It was amazing. In addition, the entire staff from the front desk staff to the x-ray tech to the hygienist to Dr. Conway herself... they are all just fantastic. I would recommend this practice to anyone. Everyone is so kind and so nice and so happy and it makes a very anxiety driven situation so much better. Choose this dental group, you will not be disappointed.

Validation on my suspicions! I had my 1st visit with a different dental office yesterday. My appt was X-rays (incl 3D), a comprehensive exam, pocket measurement and a cleaning. I left being told no issues, clean bill of mouth health. Unlike Wolf Ranch Dental's analysis, I DO NOT have periodontal disease, DO NOT require deep cleaning and DO NOT need to return every 4 months for extra cleanings, which BTW, invalidated the $20 cleanings under my insurance. The 3x a year cleanings cost $60 per. For the patients that don't require fillings, crowns, caps etc, Wolf Ranch Dental 'creates' other issues to get these patients paying extra. I do not recommend!!

This is the second time wolf ranch dental has had misinformation to a patient on location. If you get upset with them and want it fix don't waste your time as the will not see you and will no longer see you. Very unprofessional of them when it comes to fixing issues! Don't waste your time as they will let you drive back and forth when the problem could have simple been handle over the phone but instead you get the run around. Very disappointing.

Lies about if there will be a charge or how much it would be for and then you get a huge surprise bill a couple of months later. Terrible customer service, nobody understands insurance there, always reschedules you and fails to let you know until last minute, it's like they don't even want to be open for business.

Rude front desk staff, was told on the phone as well as by my insurance company that they took my insurance only to find out when I came in for my appointment (which I had to schedule time off work for) that they did not take my insurance and I'd have to pay cash. I asked for a ballpark estimate of what it would cost if a needed any fillings, and I was told between $200 and $500 PER FILLING.

I have been a patient at wolf Ranch Dental since they 1st opened their doors in 2017. Dr.Young has been my dentist in all this time and provides good family care. I wanted to say I recently had to have a root canal with a crown and Dr.Kim did it for me. He is also a excellent Doctor to see there, he is a super star at giving those lidocain mouth shots! Oh and I love my hygienist she great! The staff up front is always so friendly and helpful. Thank you all at Wolf Ranch for the family care you all have given my entire family.

I've had nothing but positive experiences with Devon and Dr. Conway. I continue to make the drive even though I no longer live in Georgetown. Support staff is also very helpful and friendly!

Horrible experience with root canal. Long and Painful getting the Cerac placed. Shotty cement work likely caused me to need a 2nd root canal.

Advertise online they are open on Saturdays. I called twice and left two voice mails, emailed twice with no responses. I had a veneer fall off and drove there to have it glued back on. What they failed to advertise is they only have orthodontist in on Saturdays. That should be clear on therei website.

Awful customer service. My appointment was changed three times. Then told I would have to wait until the end of June for another one. Have had multiple problems with them trying to figure out my dental insurance. Not a very competent front end staff

The positives of this office is its location, and new-ness, and thats it. I can't imagine ever suggesting this office to anyone. Like others have mentioned they sell hard. Don't be surprised when they don't want to do your free preventative care cleaning and scare you into the 'deep clean' treatment for $200+. They also sell the upgrades to other procedures aggressively. We were also then owed money, as a dentist being one of the few 'medical' places that want you to pre-pay. Of course you must inquire/request/ push to get that over paid amount back, and then they ask if you want it to be a credit instead of money back. And word of advice to anyone who may be looking for a crown, they try to sway you with the CERC ones because it's a 'one day stop' type of thing, while they make the porcelain seem like a huge ordeal that you have to make multiple visits for. The CERC crown still required two more visits, so don't let your time factor into the decision.

Hard selling on extra work. You think automotive repair places are bad. I had a bridge replaced after my first visit. They tried to offer me a bridge from their office for $3000 more than a standard bridge. The only difference was a warranty from them which meant I had to use them for all of my dental work. I purchased the bridge and had a cleaning appointment 3 months later. They offered me a deep clean for $400 and "You need to replace the other bridge". The financial adviser comes in the dentist leaves. I talk to her and say "OK, I'll think about it". I still want my teeth cleaned regular. "NO, we will only do the deep cleaning! We have next week available." Sun City must be a gold mine of retired peoples teeth. They don't bother with anything regular, nothing less than $300. On a side note the dentist does the cleaning not the hygienist. It's a 1 minute job of poking not a real tooth by tooth cleaning because the dentist is too busy digging for gold in the next room with frivolous work. My wife had a mediocre 10 minute cleaning and polishing also. She said "I just want a cleaning", they shut her down.

Very friendly staff and Dr Young makes sure to get you taken care of quickly. If you have a choice make sure to ask for Devon as your hygienist! Her amazing attitude and calm demeanor make even getting plaque scrapped off your teeth a plesant experience. Would for sure recommend if youre in the georgetown area.

Today had to be one of the worst days. I arrived early and my appointment was at 10. 10:20 I'm still in the lobby. Finally get called to the back and still waited another 15 minutes. The dentist finally came and ended up having technical issues where I had to be moved to a different room. Got moved and was left another 15 minutes with no communication. I ended up getting up and letting the front desk know that 50 minutes is ridiculous as there was no regard for my time.

Special kudos to Amelia, who waded through my crazy insurance and got the correct info into my file, and Dr Kim, who painlessly removed my cracked tooth, ground it down, and put in a crown in a single afternoon!

Had to go to another dentist. I don't think I needed a crown but they recommended and I should have gotten a second opinion...lesson learned.
