A graduate of SUNY Buffalo Dental School and former US Navy dentist, Dr. Pugh came to Wolcott Dentistry in 1993. His goal is to provide high-quality care to patients in Wolcott and surrounding communities. His focus on preventive dental care, specialization in CEREC procedures, and continuous education for himself and his staff allow him to offer patients improved well-being and self-esteem through healthy teeth He enjoys outdoor activities when away from work.
A lifelong resident of Wayne County, Leah earned her degree in Dental Hygiene from Monroe Community College. After receiving her NYS Dental Hygienist license in 2010, she joined Wolcott Dentistry. She has since obtained a license to administer Nitrous Oxide and Infiltration Anesthesia. Her particular interest is providing periodontal treatment. She likes working individually with patients and giving them high-quality dental care. She lives in Wolcott with her husband and two daughters.
Sarah is a graduate of Monroe Community College Dental Hygiene Program, and is licensed to administer Nitrous Oxide and Infiltration Anesthesia. A long timeemployee of Wolcott Dentistry, Sarah is a key team member who values helping patients maintain healthy teeth and feeling relaxed during procedures. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and daughter.
Kim is a NYS Certified Dental Assistant. She started her dental career 25 years ago and has held various positions in the field. Kim enjoys patient care and looks forward to building new patient relationships at Wolcott. Kim lives in Hannibal with her husband and two children. In her free time, she enjoys horseback riding.

Dr pugh is very unprofessional. He drilled and filled cavities in my daughters teeth that were not even there. After he told us she had 2 cavities we took her to another dentist who examined her teeth and said they looked really good no cavities or any other problems. He also charged us approximately 750 dollars for the use of a laser that he never asked us about before he did it. Worst dentist around. Ps could not give less stars or i would have

Dr. Pugh and staff are always very friendly and completely competent in everything they do. They always take the time to explain exactly what is being done and perform all work in the most painless way I've ever experienced from a dentist. I highly recommend them.

I have had many different procedures done with Wolcott Dentistry besides the regular six month cleanings. I can honestly say that each visit was carried out professionally. I can expect quality care with the personal touch. Each time I go, I see something new; whether it is renovations to the office or new technology. I appreciate the time and effort put into making office visits friendly and comfortable!

A warm, welcoming, and friendly staff. First thing in the morning, most of us don't want to think about a dental appointment. Dr. Pugh's crew are dedicated and informed professionals who make the typically "dreaded" dentist visit any time of day a comfortable and positive experience right from check-in to check out. The staff stays current on the most up-to-date methods of dental care and do a fantastic job taking the time to explain procedures and practices. I had to change my appt. because of a conflict but they got me in even sooner! This assured, confident and LOCAL!! I have had a lot of dental work done and I like this office very much. They are efficient, calm, and cheerful!! I am referring them to my friends!!

I have had bad experiences with previous dentist, so my anxiety is pretty high when it comes to my teeth and dentist. The atosmospehere is very welcoming, the people are friendly and caring. I did not feel as anxious and will be returning. Love this dentist!

Dr. Pugh and staff are great. Dr. explains procedures throughly and keeps the patient at ease. My kids and I have seen both dental hygienist through the years and would defiantly recommend them.

I have been going to Bill Pugh for about 8 years. I switched to make it more convenient with my work schedule. Didn't like them at first more because of attitudes rather than care. That changed with time and some staffing changes. The staff and attitudes are very positive and professional. The office has had a face lift and is very nice and inviting. It is apparent that the staff are current with training and continuing education and the equipment is up to date. I am very pleased with the care I receive and would recommend Wolcott Dentistry to anyone.
