Dr. Edward Wnek offers over 20 years of orthodontic experience with a unique combination of technical expertise, experience and a warm, personal approach to care. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Ohio State University. After teaching at Ohio State University Dental School for two years in the Department of Periodontics, he entered the Ohio State University Orthodontic program, receiving a specialty certification in orthodontics and a Master of Science degree. After graduation, Dr. Wnek continued to teach part-time in the Ohio State University Orthodontic Program and practice orthodontics in Hyde Park. In the pursuit of excellence Dr. Wnek regularly attends courses and seminars to stay current with state-of-the-art techniques and technologies. Dr. Wnek is currently certified in Invisalign and stays abreast of the latest techniques in different types of braces. Dr. Wnek enjoys running and has competed in the New York, Chicago, Big Sur, Columbus, Boston 2013 and Boston 2014 Marathons.
