Dr. Robert D. Westerman did his undergraduate work at LSU and attended Loyola University School of Dentistry, and has been a highly successful solo practitioner of General Dentistry since 1965. He has served extensively in his local and state dental associations, and is a frequent contributor to dental journals and textbooks. Dr. Westerman has lectured and taught at many dental association conventions, study groups and management seminars in a variety of healthcare settings. He holds five patents in the dental field and is the author of the highly acclaimed Classic Practice Series on dental management. I the staff is friendly and nice. Dr. Nguen is highly professional (he saved a tooth that others advised to remove), never tries to scare me into unnecessary procedures. They respect you and would accommodate your needs as possible.

If anyone is looking for a great dentist I recommend WN Denistry . I broke my crown called the office, same day service was provided I was able to go in get corrections to my teeth I received my smile back from the great dental work done.

Dr. Nguyen is fantastic. He doesn't just fix teeth & send you home. He asks many questions about your general physical health because so many issues with teeth & gum disease cause cardiac problems, etc so he has you follow through if he sees something that could maybe need to be checked out. Dr. Nguyen is caring, patient & friendly. I've had 3 dentists at different places that were supposed to be superior in all ways cause me PTSD due to things like drilling with nearly no pain/numbing medication & as she was drilling I was screaming & wailing & she kept getting up in my face saying "you have to be quiet!!" I had a serious problem with my tooth due to an autoimmune disease I have but I'd start sweating & panicking as the next appointment drew near so I kept canceling. I decided to try another dentist who's in Prairieville & he'd get angry every time I shifted the tiniest bit but he'd let my mouth fill with water & I had to swallow. The last place I tried was a swanky place on Bluebonnet & the dentist was putting in the crown on a back molar & dropped it down my throat! To make it worst she sat there & watched me struggle & choke in a chair that had my head extremely declined. I thought I was going to die as I struggled to get up & then watched as I was beating my own back to try to pop it out of my throat. No help at all!!! & then she got mad that I swallowed it! I was just thanking God I hadn't died!!! It took another year to see another dentist & a close friend told me to see Dr. Nguyen, that he was amazing & she'd never had a single bit of pain & he's so incredibly tuned into you as the patient. I decided to give him a try before I lost my tooth. Dr. Nguyen saved my teeth!! & he's young so I have my perfect dentist for the rest of my days! Dr. Nguyen also has a crackerjack team that reflects his gentle & caring way & Philip at the front desk that works magic to get you in to see Dr. Nguyen when you need him. The whole office is there to care for you!

No one truly enjoys making trips to the dentist but I can say after a very long stent of not going regularly that I just had the most pleasant experience. The office staff is so nice and Dr. Nguyen is just perfect. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a great Dentist.

I lost a crown last night and called first thing this morning. They immediately got me in the office and fixed the problem. Staff went above and beyond expectations. I am 100% satisfied and will highly recommend them.

I don't know many people who say they enjoy going to the dentist, and after not having had a visit since pre-Covid I was not looking forward to mine. Boy was I in for a surprise! The minute you walk in you're grated by Tracey at the front desk who is friendly, efficient, and SO nice! And that's the vibe for the whole office/visit. Lindsay my dental hygienist explained EVERYTHING she was doing/was going to do as she went which helped alleviate my nerves tremendously.....and everything was TOTALLY painless (did I mention I'm a big chicken?!). Dr Nguyen went over all of my X-rays/pics and we discussed some issues I was having. He was thorough and made sure I understood my treatment options even if it was just to buy a toothpaste for sensitivity. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dental office.

My husband and I started going to WN Dentistry when we first moved to Baton Rouge over 20 years ago. We had great confidence in Dr. Westerman from the beginning and that trust applies to Dr. Nguyen as well when he joined the practice 10+ years ago. I can honestly say I trust Dr. Nguyen's judgement. I feel I receive the treatment needed and he is not one to jump and do unnecessary work. His calm chairside manner and knowledge shines.

I have been to multiple dentists because of insurance and WN Dentistry is by far my favorite. The office is very nice, all staff members are cheery and helpful without being over the top or ever pressuring for services. Dr. Nguyen is also the most friendly, genuine, and practical dentist I've had; you can tell he is concerned about your needs/ goals and will not push frivolous services if they do not align.

Going to the dentist has always been at the bottom on my list of favorite things to do! However, Dr. Nguyen and his hygienists have made my trips to the dentist pleasant and painless. They are efficient, professional, thorough, and warm. As a coward at heart, I can recommend WN Dentistry to anyone, with a 5 star rating! Excellent dental clinic.

So I've "tried" to get my teeth whitening about 4 times in my life. I say "tried" because I don't ever feel it gets any whiter. Also, I feel so much pain after that I swear to myself I will NEVER EVER do it again. Yet, for some reason, a few years pass, I'll try it again at another place with a new procedure in hopes it'll be different. Well, this time, it ACTUALLY was different. First off, this is the FIRST time ever that I felt my teeth was noticeably white. BUT excitingly is that I did NOT have any pain. Now, I have to say that I did take 2 advil right before and I got them to numb my upper gums. Let me tell you- I will never ever ever do whitening without numbing again. It was 100% worth it. I had no shooting pain there and I didn't have the rest of the day, the night, or the day after. And usually I am in so much pain that I can't even eat! This is definitely the best experience I have had with whitening and I now have hope! I dont know why it took so many years to figure this out. I wish all the other places had offered me this to start with!

Dr. Nguyen runs the best dentist's office I've ever gone to - simple as that. There is never a long wait to be seen or for the hygienist to start cleaning. Dr. Nguyen himself is always friendly, thorough, and doesn't push any unneeded procedures or products. Highly recommended to anyone.

I found this dentist through my Aetna healthcare app. I went for a cleaning and an exam and I would highly recommend this dentist! The staff are extremely kind and friendly, and make sure you are comfortable. Personally I have very sensitive teeth and they helped me ease my tooth discomfort multiple different ways. I have an appointment to get my wisdom teeth out in a few weeks and I'm sure they will do an awesome job. If I could give this dentist a 6/5 stars I would! :)

I've been afraid of dentist my entire life. I went to WN Dentistry and they were so kind and gentle. I have found a dentist I feel comfortable with and will be returning.
