DO NOT do business or get orthodontic work done with Witt Orthodontics. Go to a place that cares about they're customers, gets the work done right and is passionate and understands the importance of their work. Thousands of dollars, my comfort and more time than I want to think of all wasted. I have typed two detailed reviews of my exact experiences but google has refreshed, deleting my lengthy detailed experiences twice now so here is a semi smaller (more frustrated) summary as I am really tired of typing and will probably re edit this later. I was given false information, improper treatment, rushed out of appointments trying to solve issues they caused after speeding thousands of dollars with them. Dr Witt himself is really nice and the establishment is pretty well organized which I do really appreciate but this place needs some major work when it comes to scheduling and customer care. After having my braces on for double the time I was told I would have them on, I had finally gotten them off. I was happy to be free from them but the feeling was "meh" at most as I had anticipated and planned them off earlier. After having problems with my retainer (It would feel excessively tight, make my teeth sore when I was wearing it, and then my teeth would feel loose and be in extreme pain for the whole day when I took it out) I had scheduled about four appointments all of which my teeth were looked at for 10 seconds or less and I was rushed out not only without a solution, but without a clear explanation and me wondering what do about my retainer and whether or not it was actually benefiting me. I continued to wear it despite these feelings yet the extreme discomfort was really affecting my day to day life and sleep. After multiple appointments of me just driving out there to get rushed out and for them to remind me to do simple stuff that I was already doing, they recommended a night guard (which I would now have to pay an extra $700 for) now this night guard which was that much has receded my gums and caused anxiousness for me. So on top of the thousands spent, another $700 was spent (JUST to make my teeth feel even worse, ruin my smile and receded my gums due to the pressure on my gums and teeth from it) Not only am I upset about the money but the countless hours I spent going to Dr Witt along with the discomfort I go through. It's like I spent all the money and went through all the pain and discomfort that comes with braces but got very few of the positive or intended effects of them. The negative effects greatly outweighed the few minor positive ones. I usually don't take the time to write stuff like this and when I do it is usually positive but my experience here was extremely painful and borderline traumatizing considering the money spent. Every day I ask myself why I spent $7,000 to go through extreme mental and physical pain, and acquire issues with my mouth that were never present before such as receding gums. Now that my treatments almost over I feeI wrong and ripped off and like I do not have many options for solutions at this point without spending thousands more. I already know at this point that instead of fixing the problems they caused, Witt Orthodontics would just try to sell me something else that I do not need and may even mess up my mouth further like the last thing they sold me. (USEFUL TIP FOR TEETH GRINDERS: You can get the same exact quality night guard online that is custom fit and you will spend a literal whopping 1/10 of what you pay for one here. Yes that's right, 1/10. We have better things to spend our hard earned money on, its a complete and total rip off.) I hate being negative and writing negative things (why this made 2 stars) this one had to be done in hopes that people will not make the same mistake I did by taking my business here and going through the pain and having to deal with the things I dealt with. Very disappointed with Witt Orthodontics, highly NOT recommend.
