Andrea has been an orthodontic assistant for eight years and has recently taken on the role of office manager. She is currently going to school to complete her B.A. in Health Services Administration. Her favorite things to do are spend time with her family and friends, workout, and read.
Lauren has just completed her M.S. in Biomedical Sciences and plans on attending dental school in the coming year. Working at Wise Braces has given her such an amazing opportunity to learn as much as possible of what she hopes to do in her future career. She love to dance, workout, and anything to do with the ocean.
Dr. Nancy Proano Wise DMD, was born in Miami, Florida and attended Florida International University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude, earning a Bachelors of Science in Special Education. Following graduation, she decided to continue her education at Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine, where she earned a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society. After graduating from dental school, Dr. Proano Wise practiced general dentistry for 5 years before continuing on to become an orthodontic specialist. Dr. Proano Wise went on to complete her orthodontic residency at Seton Hill University. She completed a one-year orthodontic internship followed by two-and-a-half-year orthodontic residency program at Seton Hill University in Greensburg, Pennsylvania where she earned a Certificate in Orthodontics and a Masters degree in Science and Orthodontics.
Throughout her life, Dr. Proano Wise has always had an interest in Orthodontics. She is passionate about being able to work in a field where she can interact with children, teens, and adults on a daily basis, while making a positive difference in their smiles and self-esteem. She enjoys watching the transformation of a smile and seeing patients get excited about their treatment. Dr. Proano Wise finds great reward in building relationships with her patients and especially likes watching the children grow up during their visits to the office. Dr. Proano Wise is married and a mother of two children; she understands the care that is needed to provide every child or adult in the office with a winning smile.

I love that Dr. Wise listens to her patients requests and speaks in an understanding manner, not with dental lingo regardless of age. She truly has a unique office in that she caters to kids, teens, young adults, and adults.

I started taking my granddaughter to Dr Wise and I was so impressed with the way she worked with my granddaughter. My granddaughter was so scared and Dr Wise was so good with her and explained everything she was doing before she did it. Then I had a problem that needed attention and now I'm a patient as well.

We Love this office and all of it's staff, we knew immediately after leaving the consultation that this was the place for my daughter to have her orthodontic treatment done. She started treatment with Dr.Wise last month and It has been nothing but an amazing experience overall. My son is 8 and got braces for the first time. I was a little nervous because he is so young but Dr. Wise was a miracle worker! She is kind and patient with him and explained everything to him (even answered alllll his questions). The office staff is polite and professional, the office itself is clean and modern and we never wait more than 5 mins, you're in and out! What more can you ask for ?! My 7 year old can't wait to get braces now . So happy we found Wise Braces!

I got my braces last year in September and Dr. wise and her team have made the process seamless all throughout. Visits are short but don't feel rushed, they always call to confirm and remind me of my appointments and answer all my questions. I went to multiple orthodontists before choosing Dr. Wise and I am so glad I did.
