Dr. Heather Wise was born and raised in Glasgow, Kentucky. Dr. Heather completed her undergraduate degree at Campbellsville University, her Doctorate in Dental Medicine as well as her specialty training in pediatric dentistry at the University of Kentucky.
Dr. Heather is married to Max Wise, who currently serves as a legislator in the Kentucky State Senate. They live in Campbellsville with their four children; Grayson, Jackson, Carter, and McLean. Max and Heather are very active in their church and community. In her free time, Dr. Heather enjoys good food, traveling with her husband, watching her children play their perspective sports, and cheering on the Notre Dame football team Go Irish!
Morgan Larkin (Murrell) was born and raised in Campbellsville, KY. She was the valedictorian of the Campbellsville High School class of 2010. From 2010-2013 she attended Western Kentucky University, earning a BS in biology with a minor in chemistry. She graduated with distinction from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry in 2018. She earned special recognition in her class for excelling in the areas of pediatric dentistry, radiology, and dental anesthesiology. She quickly realized her passion was working with children and went on to complete pediatric dental specialty training at UK.
Her husband, Clay, is a medical student at the University of Kentucky.In her spare time, she loves summer days spent on Green River Lake with her family, is an avid member of the gym BodyFit, and loves doing anything outdoors! Morgan and Clay just bought their first house a fixer upper that they are in the process of remodeling.
Dr. Jaimie was born and raised in Elizabethtown, KY. She attended the University of Kentucky where she received a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition in 2006. She continued her education at UK and received her Doctorate in Dental Medicine in 2010. She enjoys volunteering as a dentist at The Refuge Clinic and at Trinity Christian Academy as a parent volunteer. Dr. Jaimie lives in Lexington, KY with her husband, Kyle Rector, and two children, Kaylee and Grayson.

I was nervous on our way to the appointment. However, everyone was very welcoming to Creed as soon as we got there. Lots of encouraging words while working on him to help keep him calm which in return kept me calm. Excellent place.

I am so grateful for Dr Wise and staff. Also everyone at the surgical center. Dr Wise has been seeing my son for several years but not as a child but an autistic non- verbal adult. She is so good with him and I trust her judgment in his treatment.

My 11 year old daughter had to have two teeth removed today. This was due to her permanent canine teeth coming in on top of her baby teeth. The staff and dentist herself was wonderful with my daughter.
