A review of your medical history can help us stay informed of your overall health, any new medications, and any illnesses that may impact your dental health.

Infection control in our office is also very important to us. To protect our patients and ourselves, we strictly maintain sterilization and cross contamination processes using standards recommended by the American Dental Association (ADA), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).

I would never recommend this place to anyone. I need 3 root canals and I'm in a lot of pain. They scheduled me for an appointment, then 2 days before my appointment called and told me the dentist took that day off and rescheduled for a week later. They called me today to tell me they changed my appointment because their dentist isn't in on the day THEY SCHEDULED my appointment for. She then proceeded to tell me that if I wanted my root canals done I would have to make myself available whenever they could put me into the schedule. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.....I was suppose to have a male dentist perform the root canals and now they keep telling me it's a female dentist that is the one not available.

if i could leave 0 stars, i definitely would. first off my first appointment was late december and when i got there it seemed as if i wasn't even welcomed. anyways i had such bad problems with my teeth, i scheduled another appointment for january. they called me every week to reschedule because the dentist was out of town or couldn't come in (new excuse every single time) so i didn't see him until the end or january/early february. i just called today to see if they could schedule me an emergency appointment because i physically cannot close my mouth with crying (has been going on for about a month ish now) and said they couldn't see me unless my primary doctor sent a fax. so i called a different dentist and they got me coming in today at 12:30 no questions asked. never ever will i recommend this place to anyone.

I went in for an extraction in August of '20. I went to the follow up visit around 2 weeks later, and was told everything looked good and was healed etc. I went to another dentist in the area for a check up (1/21): My new dentist informed me that WISCONSIN SMILES CRACKED THE TOOTH THAT THEY TRIED TO PULL AND LEFT PART OF IT IN MY MOUTH!!! I had to return to my new dentist to finish the procedure that Wisconsin Smiles F'd up in August. So basically, I ended up having to get the same tooth pulled twice because of Wisconsin Smiles' shoddy work. There are better and more professional dentists in the area!

If i could give ZERO stars I would. I have been going throught the process of partial for 5 plus months. It shouldnt take this long. And shannon the receptionist is lazy. She will write she calls you but she actually doesnt she tried telling me my voicemail was full when i asked y she wouldnt leave a message. For one. No its not. 2. Stop lying Shannon! And do ur damn job! So things could be there waiting. Last week she said let me call the lab and ill call you back that was a week ago. And now im currently on hold for 20 minutes. Im highly highly disappointed. Id advise anyone to not go there. I will be bringing in my call logs of missed and recieved calls on the day she supposodly called me back for her supervisor. Along w the recorded call of her stating she called me and the voicemail was full..DONT GO THERE!! UPDATE: I went in for my final appt and the partials didnt fit he tried telling me thats how they are. I told him this isnt right and told him multiple times it does not fit. I was cry and crying because he refused to try and fix them just told me thats hownit was. I couldnt even talk there was a gap of a half inch because it didnt fit. I cried and went out to the other receptionist and SHE came back and looked and saw what i was saying and fixed them! I have a feeling its because of my bad review.. and i have video recording of the dentist treating me like crap and trying to tell me it was fine all while im in tears. Then he told me after 5l6 months to go somewhere else!!! Wow

I initially called because I needed a root canal and Stephanie answered. She was so sweet and talked me through the reason I would be getting seen and what other services I can get done. When I went in (yes I was able to get a next day appointment) Shannon checked me in. She also was so nice. Its hard to find this many nice people who are happy to be at work in 1 facility. So they called back and got my xray done and cleaning. The doctor was kind and explained the procedures that needed to be done. I can honestly say this place has the most kind hearted people and make you feel welcomed. Im glad this places was recommended.

Today was my first time at Wisconsin Smiles. Dr. Houssam was very professional, knowledgeable & patient. I had a tooth extracted & after numbing me, I barely felt a thing. I will be going back. Definitely worth the 45 min drive.

SHANNON, the receptionist went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and did her best to ease anxiety about getting all four wisdom teeth removed. The procedure went well and the entire staff was very professional!

Extremely disorganized. The place had changed names and doctors when i came in for my appointment. It confused my insurance, who ended up rejecting the visit. Dentist was over half hour behind. Rescheduled me for an extraction, then cancelled it the day of.

Absolutely do NOT bring your children or yourself here. I *thought* they were decent at first, that was until about a month after my daughters fillings had been taken care of, and it became one abscess & pain after another. She is only 5 years old. And I'm finding out 5 months later that EVERY single filling dr Ray "filled" now needs to be REDONE by an actual dental professional. He did NOT remove all of the cavities before filling them and more than half were filled all the way to the nerve and this resulted in an infection in all of her teeth that he touched, as well as 2 extractions due to the abscess. She will now have to go to children's hospital to be put under general anesthesia to have another tooth removed as well as EVERY SINGLE tooth he "filled" completely REDONE CORRECTLY, and with caps on them LIKE HE SHOULD HAVE DONE. He is very unprofessional, and has NO clue what he is doing. He seemed like he was on drugs and this confirms that he probably was.
