Sounds weird to be writing this about a root canal, but my experience here was fantastic. I'm from out of town and ended up having to get emergency work done while I was on vacation. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and they managed to squeeze me in even though it was the end of the day on the Friday of a holiday weekend. Dr. Gainey was great. He did an excellent job of explaining what was going on and what my options were. I didn't feel pressured into doing anything; he gave me all the information and let me decide. I really appreciated that. I am not a fan of dental work, but he was so nice!!! Was very reassuring during the procedure. Today, I got back home to see my regular dentist for a follow-up, and the first thing he said was, "Whoever you saw did REALLY GOOD WORK." So, five stars from me!

Such an incredibly positive experience! Lori was an angel and helped me get an emergency appointment. Her tone was kind, supportive, and authentic. She even helped me figure out a complex out-of-pocket possible financial impact. Dr. Gainey was also kind and patient with my desire to try lower doses of novacaine, even though it meant that the office was open longer than normal business hours. On top of that patience, Dr. Gainey was informative and walked me though each step. The final cherry on top of the sundae was feeling relief from pain this morning. I didn't even need more than one dose of Advil last night! I'm sooo grateful for these people and their caring approach to the needs of the patient.

Dr. Gainey and the staff at Wisconsin Endodontic Group are fantastic. He thoroughly explained everything and made sure I was as comfortable as possible during the procedure. It was a pleasant surprise when they let me pick the music! I can't wait for my next root canal to see them all again! ;)

I'm not sure if you can say a root canal was a wonderful experience but it truly was not bad. I have a fear of most dentists(had quite a few bad ones) and my regular dentist recommended Dr Gainey. He was very encouraging and positive throughout the whole procedure. He went over it with me beforehand to tell me my options. He gave me a choice and that was a relief to me. There's a lot of drs out there who say this is it and that is all. I was very nervous but him and his staff were great. I went to the garden center afterwards to treat myself since the dentists no longer give me prizes. lol If I have to do this again I will definitely go back. That says a lot from a person who rarely trusts any dentists.

I had a root canal performed to save a tooth that had developed a very deep cavity. Dr Gainey and his team were very clear about what my options for care were. They were able to fit me into their schedule on very short notice which I greatly appreciated because I was leaving town for a trip. They were quick and efficient as they worked. Glad I was able to get their help with my tooth.

Dr. Gainey and staff was very pleasant. They got me in and out. The procedure went very well. They even played music to make me more comfortable. My first appointment I was last and they were still able to see me. Lori called the next day to check on me. By far one of the best dentist I've been to.

I would like to thank Dr. Gainey for the exceptional work on my teeth! I had 5 teeth done, mostly fixing the errors of other dentists in the past. Dr. Gainey has fixed all my teeth with very complicated issues. No pain, no discomfort, only the most pleasant experience. Thank you very much, Dear Dr. Gainey! With the Most Cordial Wishes, Tatiana who has very happy teeth now:)
