The last several times I've asked for appointments not to be scheduled on Tuesdays- they've scheduled them on Tuesdays. Yes, my fault for not having a calendar- However our last experience was in August ... we went in for an appointment that was scheduled for 8am and had been confirmed as I showed the receptionist the text I received !! Yet- my appointment got pushed back without notice! Not to mention they been short staffed for MONTHS! Yes I know there are issues with staffing however there should've been a better solution for staffing a second office by now. In Salisbury they only have two days a week that the orthodontist serves that specific office and it is really an inconvenience to single parents that work full time, not to mention having to get your child out of school and getting a note because they miss time for EVERY appointment! This has also caused delays in my daughter's treatment!! Really wish I could find another office but I've already paid my daughters treatment in full. I prefer Joann but I've not had good experiences with other staff members including the new orthodontist here.

Wouldn't recommend! They told me it would only take 2 years and I'm almost on my 3rd year!

My son had a great 1st time even my mom was pleased because I had told her it would take about an hr for him to get the top set of braces on but it didn't take that long.

If you're looking for an Orthodontist that will make sure you or your child is taken care of Wiry Smiles is the Orthodontist you're looking for. They made sure my child had the very best Orthodontal care possible. You have to call and make your appointment to see what I'm talking about. One of the best out there. Thank you Wiry Smiles. We're enjoying being a part of the family.

Decent service if you are lucky another to get an appointment more than once every two months. Keep getting appointments rescheduled multiple times. You'll save money doing business here, but be prepared for treatment to be stretched out for 2.5 tk 3 years.

I wish I could post zero stars. I have had 2 other children get braces at other orthodontists and they were seen monthly. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE. They herd them through like cattle. 3+ months between appointments. Appointments changed often which increases time between visits. And I honestly could not tell you what my son's current status is or how long he may have to have to continue to wear them. He has had at least two brackets come off and a piece of wire at three different episodes. My other children never had that problem...they never lost a bracket or had a piece of wire come off. And he does nothing or eats nothing different than they did. I just do not recommend this place. There is just something not right when I've had 2 other separate experiences that were both handled professionally while this treatment experience is not. There is a huge difference. While one might try to say the problem is from the pandemic, but these experiences include BEFORE the pandemic.

I do not recommend this place. We went in for a consult. We were treated very rudely. No, my son will not wear a mask and it is against the law for you to ask for his medical exemption from wearing one. There is such a thing as HIPPA privacy law.

I hate when they push or pull my teeth. It's like a terrorist attack in my mouth! Very disappointing experience getting braces. Service was poor, the staff sometimes insult patients, and the boss was rude as well. If you want to get braces, I would NEVER recommend this place! I never want to come back again! -Ethan Harrison

Appt set. Got here had to call from parking lot(due to COVID-19) was put on hold for 10 mins before they picked back up. He was told to wait a few minutes then go thru the backdoor. The parking lot was so full that people were parking across the street. I get that everyone missed their appts due to COVID-19, but did they schedule all in one day! Geez! I told the lady about it and she was kinda standoffish. Never will 1 of my kids go here again. I suggest busby and webb!
