Dr. Agarwal is a Prosthodontist (specialist in the aesthetic restoration and replacement of teeth) and is trained to handle advanced and complex dental reconstruction cases. Dr. Agarwal earned his DDS from King Georges Medical School in 1974, graduating at the top of his class. He then completed his specialist training as well as earned a masters in oral biology from Northwestern University. He holds fellow and diplomate status in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and fellow status in the Academy of General Dentistry and the Academy of Osseointegration. He is certified by the American Board of Prosthodontics, demonstrating commitment to ongoing learning and life-long ethical practices.
For over two decades, Dr. Agarwal has taught implant courses at Northwestern University, where he cofounded and served as director of the Implant Education/Educational Center and served as director of the schools Treatment Planning Center. He has provided over 250 continuing education courses to other dental professionals and has lectured worldwide on dental implants and full-mouth reconstruction for the past 38 years.
Dr. Agarwal authored three books and invented and successfully marketed two unique dental products. The first of these benefits patients with cancer as well as those with low tissue tolerance. His second has made its mark in Oral Biology research.
Giving back to the community is an important part of Dr. Agarwals philosophy. In 2000, he donated a fully equipped dental office to the Family Health Society in Chicago. Over 21,000 people have been treated at this volunteer clinic. The practice also does food drives and distributes winter coats. Dr. Agarwal was even awarded a plaque for his community service by Mayor Daley.
As an advocate of comprehensive dentistry, Dr. Arbabi, uses a wide array of restorative and implant procedures to enhance the way his clients look and feel. He likes to give back their beauty, oral health, and functionality through implants, crowns and dentures.
Dr. Arbabi earned his DDS degree in 2001 and, after he finished his 4 years training in Prosthodontics and Implant residency, he got his Specialty and M.S degrees in 2006. After several years in the academic field and private practice he started a new residency in 2016 at NOVA Southeastern University and received a second Prosthodontics degree, and trained to treat the patient who needs a full mouth re-construction.
Dr. Cummings earned his dental degree from Howard University College of Dentistry and completed his specialist training in periodontics at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. A board-certified periodontist, Dr. Cummings takes a communication-focused approach to delivering high-quality patient care, building strong rapport and treating every patient like a member of the family.

The dentist there are WONDERFUL! It's just the GREEDY two women up front, Joy and I forgot the other one name. A HOT FREAKING MESS! Their MAIN INTEREST is seeing how much money they can charge you. NOT what's of your best interest. I referred three people to Winterset and all three stated because of those two upfront they'll rather spend their money elsewhere

Friendly atmosphere... Cindy, the receptionist; was 110% super nice!!! The consultation was very educational and informative. Overall, I think the price was manageable plus, they work with you about payment. Definitely 5 stars all the way!!!

I am had the best experience ever at a Dentist office, the staff is very professional and knowledgeable they make you feel comfortable. Cindy and all the staff are the best and you would not find a better dentist than Dr. Agarwal. I would definitely recommend this office in Orland Park.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Agarwal and staff at the Orland Park office. I first went to them 11 years ago. They are all the most caring, kind people I've ever dealt with. I truly feel like a part of their family. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

I had to get dentures at the age of 23 and they made me feel so reassured and comfortable the entire time, from the first appointment to the final appointment. Any time I had any issues they always solved them. I am returning this year (17 years later) for a new set of dentures and the staff is still as amazing and knowledge as before! Highly recommend winterset!!

Went in for consultation and exam yesterday. Was nervous going in and the nurses and doctors made me feel everything was going to be ok. Very professional and understanding. I walked out excited to go back to a dental office. Will have more updates as I go through this process
