Dr. William Winterholler graduated from Skyview High School in 1996 and pursued his undergraduate at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. He attended dental school at Creighton University in Omaha Nebraska and graduated in 2005 in the top 10% of his class. Upon graduation from dental school, he entered private practice in Omaha and accepted a faculty position at Creighton University teaching operative dentistry. Dr. Winterholler has always had a love for Billings and the state of Montana and chose to bring his family back to the area in 2006. Since returning to Billings, Dr. Winterholler has pursued extensive continuing education in Dental Implants Billings, Laurel technology, full mouth implant rehabilitation, Cosmetic Dentistry Billings Cosmetic Dentist Laurel Winterholler Dentistry and numerous other techniques and procedures. He has a passion for excellent dentistry and enjoys utilizing the latest in dental technology, including CEREC. He prides himself in listening to his patients needs and trying to provide the best dentistry has to offer. He is active within the dental community, his church community and most importantly with his family.
Dr. Cody Winterholler attended Brigham Young University for his undergraduate degree and graduated from Creighton Universitys School of Dentistry in 2013. He then went on to a one year Oral Surgery Fellowship where he received advanced training in IV sedation, wisdom teeth removal and dental extractions. Dr. Winterholler has continued his training in clear aligner therapy (Invisalign) and is a member of the American Academy of Clear Aligners. Dr. Winterholler is a native of Montana and was raised in the Billings area. Prior to joining Winterholler Dentistry in Laurel, Dr. Winterholler worked in Nebraska and Iowa as an Associate Dentist in private practices. He married Chelsea in 2007 and has three young boys. Dr. Winterholler is an avid golfer and loves cooking.
Dr. Kate Hixson left her hometown of Bismarck, ND to attend Minnesota State University- Moorhead where she received a BA in Biology with minors in Chemistry and Business Management. She continued her education at Creighton University School of Dentistry where she held an advanced standing rank in endodontics and graduated with her DDS in 2021. Dr. Hixson loves all aspects of Dentistry with a special affinity for root canals and surgery, and is constantly striving to provide the best personalized care she can offer to patients. Dr. Hixson is very excited to make Billings her home and begin serving her community by volunteering with her therapy dog, Charlie.

Professionalism is a standard not a goal for them. They bring professionalism from causal and sincere approach. Will has surrounded himself with an amazing staff! They not only donate free work to vets on Veterans Day but selflessly give their time to their community. My experience and time spent with Winterholler Dentistry was not only pleasurable but also life changing to others (which I have seen first hand). They are sincere, they care, and they want to make your life better! You walk in a stranger and leave like family! Will and Jason Patch are amazing (and that is an understatement) and it's no wonder why they are as successful as they are. I went in today Wednesday May 18th, 2022 for a filling repair. Dr. Kate listened to my concerns. She has a great attitude and sense of humor! She took very good care of me by making sure I understood the plan and she also took the time to make sure I was comfortable. She is a great asset to this team. I usually see Dr. Cody or Dr. Will but I would see Dr. Kate again if needed! She's exceptional!! Thank you to the whole team! They are all really good at what they do!

I was looking for a temporary flipper and was made a hard plastic mouth guard for $360 it does not fit properly, the coloring was off and this after I waited over a month to be seen. While I did contact them numerous times to make sure they could provide same day service but only got an animated operator.

This was my first visit and from the moment I walked in the door I felt very comfortable. I usually have alot of anxiety going to the dentist but didn't feel that at all. Sarah made me very comfortable and Dr. Cody put me at ease as well. He explained what treatment was needed and didn't push me to get everything done right this minute. I left feeling good about my treatment plan and up coming appointments. The lady at the front desk was very helpful with letting me know what my out of pocket expense was going to be. I highly recommend this dental practice.

I found the Winterholler Dentistry staff to be very helpful and caring. The high tech atmosphere at the Billings office was very efficient and quick care for my consultation, about much needed help. I hope to be able to complete necessary dental care and checkups, in the future, under their care.
