I have been here twice so far. I don't go as often as I should due to anxiety with dentists. Both times Stacey has been my tech and she is phenomenal. She doesn't rush the treatment and understands my issues and does everything possible to help me cope. I'd highly recommend this office and especially Stacey. Thank you Stacey for being awesome

UNETHICAL, DISHONEST! DO NOT GO THERE! I recently changed insurance plans and had to look for a new dentist as my new plan does not cover my previous dentist who I have been seeing for at least 7 years. During my visit to Winter Springs Family Dental, I was told that I needed a deep cleaning as my gums were in terrible shape, that there were serious issues, and the numbers they recorded were mostly 4's and 5's as regards my gum receding. I was shocked as I have had cleanings done every 6 months for the past 7 years without issue. They provided me with a breakdown of cost for the deep cleaning totaling almost $1000+ I was shocked and felt the report that they provided was not accurate. As verification of my suspicions I made a cleaning appointment with my original dentist yesterday and paid out of pocket for the service. The results were in stark contrast to what I received from WSFD and there is NO NEED for any additional cleaning or otherwise. This has confirmed my assessment that WSFD are UNETHICAL and DISHONEST in their dealings. Read through the other reviews and you will see that this is a consistent practice for them - they repeatedly tell patients that a deep cleaning treatment is needed when this is not accurate.

The actual dental experience is fantastic. The billing department has gone down hill. Quoted a price after insurance, and then after the fisrt part of the procedure was told another 300+ bucks more is needs to be added. Paid the initial quote and advised we will wait for billing to check it. After 2nd part was told again of the additional cost. I checked with insurance and they were paid, the agreed pricing was accurate and there shouldn't be anything additional. Now to see where this goes.

Extremely friendly and understanding staff. Knowledgeable and sensitive to any issues, whether financial or physical. The office is very clean and comfortable.

The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was rude and very rough. She was mad because she did not want to "scrape" the stains on my teeth even though I told her that my gums and teeth are very sensitive to the Cavitron use. When she couldn't get all the stain off with that, she had to scrape with an instrument and it was the roughest treatment I have ever received in my life. She told me that she had issues with her neck, back and hands and could only use the Cavitron for cleaning. I had to lie almost completely on my right side the entire time so she could see inside my mouth. My face was covered with water and running down my neck. I will be calling the office to speak with someone about this as I don't think anyone should be treated like this! I've had my teeth cleaned there and never had this issue before.

Made an appointment to check on my teeth. The staff was very nice and explained everything that is needed to be done . State of the art equipment . Friendly staff and they make you feel comfortable .

Best experience ever. I came for a second opinion at the Winter Spring Family Dental office, because I have heard so many good things and all the crew were amazing. First person to talk was Jael, an amazing lady. She explained me everything , taking some extra time, even though it was almost time to close, she was so profesional and went through. She explained everything and she went the extra mile, booking a appointment for next week. We were speaking in Spanish so it was a wonderful experience. After my second opinion appointment I can only say that Dr. Joshua Chupp, Katie and Sombol they were beyond my expectations. I have an appointment for tomorrow to work on my biggest problem in my mouth. I am so happy. They helped me with some papers. They are AMAZING. God bless them all.

I always enjoy my visits. "But who ever enjoys a visit to their dentist!!" But I have found that here, everyone is always so friendly, which is quite calming. Never have to wait more than 5 minutes. Parking is easy. The doc is also awesome. He loves to converse with all of his patients, as well as his staff. In my opinion, I would highly recommend Winter Springs Family Dental.

Scam !! We are new to Florida, so we googled it and found this place had good reviews. This office charges us $200 for one toothpaste and one mouth wash which can be done with a prescription, it will cost $5 co-pay. In the middle of the teeth cleaning, the lady said "Oh, your teeth need topical antibiotic", there is no mention at all it will cost $59 per tooth and insurance doesn't approve !! My dentist in California, also a personal friend told me, If my teeth truly needed antibiotics, oral medication will do, topical antibiotics won't help !! Again, oral antibiotics will only cost me a $5 co-pay. I ended up with almost a thousand-dollar bill for a simple tooth cleaning.

My experience with Winter Springs Family dental will be expressed in more dental through the Orange County better business bureau of COVID 19 violations for not informing their employees and patients when the Dr. was exposed and never notified he was exposed until a week later. But was more concerned with making profit.

The entire staff at Winter Springs Family Dental is very professional and efficient. Sonbol does an excellent job at cleaning your teeth and providing follow up tips for caring for your teeth! Dr. Chupp also does an excellent job at providing top quality dental care! I highly encourage everyone to visit this dentist office for all your dental care!

From the time I walked in, the office is very bright and clean. The front desk staff is very warm as well as professional. Stacey was very informative while taking my xrays. Dr.Chup has a great practice. I'm looking forward to my future visits. Thank you God Bless Richard W Wishnow

I have gone to this dentist for over 3 years and this last visit was horrible. The receptionists were rude when I walked in. The hygienist didn't clean my teeth thoroughly. The hygienist I was seeing every other time is no longer there. My insurance always covered a cleaning, but I recently received a mysterious bill by email. The woman I spoke to on the phone was rude, kept cutting me off when I was speaking, and said it was my problem and she wasn't going to help. Never going there again and would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had an dental emergency, bad tooth infection, and they treated me the same day I walked in. They, dentist and his assistant, were amazing. Front desk assistants super nice, too. Beautiful office and super nice staff.

Wow, I really should have read the reviews more carefully. I made an appointment for a cleaning. Arrived and they took x-rays and consulted me, but never did any cleaning. In fact, they insisted I had a bacterial infection in my gums requiring a "deep cleaning" and "irrigation". This spooked me into accepting their "treatment plan" requiring a deposit and a new appointment. I was verbally told that my insurance would cover the rest of the cost. I was a little dumbfounded but stupidly made the new appointment and paid the deposit anyway. Then they cancelled on me two days before this new appointment citing staffing issues. They assured me they'd call me back, never did. I called them to request a refund, and the office staff took a nasty, sarcastic attitude with me and totally ignored my request. Incidentally, the second opinion (from my previous dentist out of town who I trust) very strongly disagreed, and told me my gums were in much better condition than this office claimed. And to top it off, this procedure in my "treatment plan" was not only unnecessary but NOT covered by insurance, mine or MOST insurance plans. Very scammy business model at this place, not a care in the world for patients' well-being.
