This is the best dental office I have ever been to in my life. And I had my first root canal at 7 years old so I've been in and out of dentist offices for a long time! If you are not seeing Carlos Pires you're doing yourself a great disservice! No one is as kind, patient, and understanding as him and his staff. Unlike most doctors he takes the time to listen to your questions and answer them. This is the only office where I feel 100% comfortable and safe in their care!

I don't know how to thank Dr. Carlos Pires enough for his expertise. He did an amazing job with my LANAP surgery for my gums saving my teeth. I don't even leave reviews, but after coming to page to call for my appointment and seen a negative review I was in disbelief and felt inclined to leave my review. I'm sure the other patient clearing have cosmetic work done that was leading to her various infections as she stated not Dr. PIRES. You can see the major change in my smile after my surgery post 2 years of having strong bone and being able to go through ortho care. I'm still working with Dr.PIRES he has recently removed a tooth and did bone grafting so I'm going for my follow up to get my bottom braces. The staff is wonderful and Dr.PIRES is always a joy to work with. His personality is upbeat, energetic, and joyous.

I saw Dr. Pires and his team for an implant. They were all very nice and professional. His assistant Ruth is just the sweetest. Would definitely recommend them!

Can't say enough about Dr Pires and his team.. Dr Pires and Ruth were friendly, kind, professional, and had a great sense of humor.. The Implant procedure went off without a hitch and the tooth lined up perfectly. Also, the front office team was friendly, welcomed you as soon as you walked in and took care of all of my paperwork. The office was sanitized and all CDC recommendations were adhered to. And yes, I would highly recommend Dr Pires and his team... Ron C...

Let me just start off by saying I am extremely disappointed in the handling of this traumatic situation with Dr. Pires Carlos. Six months prior I did a laser treatment in Miami, while visiting my daughter, with Dr Igor Pasisnitchenko and had exceptionally good results. Per Dr. Igor, I was to perform this procedure every 6 months for optimal results, so I went to a local periodontist Dr. Pires Carlos for a consult after returning home around the 6 month mark. He said that he does not want to remove my implant and that I have bone loss so he was going to perform the laser treatment for me, and I should feel better for (at least) 5 years. He had me sign the paperwork for $2200 and he performed the laser treatment. The process took about 15 minutes and he gave me a Z pack and sent me on my way. Afterwards, I was experiencing an infection which was dripping from my gums. It was so bad to the point that I was constantly swallowing the infection, which was terrible! The antibiotic he prescribed did not help, so I called him, and I told the receptionist that I have an infection in the area I had the procedure and I was not feeling well. They set up a follow up appointment for me and I went in after waiting three weeks, just for him to tell me what I already knew, that I have an infection coming from my gums. He was touching my gums and the infection was oozing out, so he gave me another antibiotic, clindamycin and sent me on my way. He set up another appointment for a deep cleaning in the same area. After the deep cleaning, I went home and noticed I had even more infection this time around. I felt so helpless. The clindamycin did not help so he setup another procedure where he opened my gums to clean underneath. I had a feeling this wasn't right, so I went to another doctor for a second opinion. The next doctor checked my mouth and ended up removing my bridge. He showed me that the infection was underneath my bridge, so he cleaned out the infection and referred me to another periodontist. I explained all of this to the second Periodontist and told him that I had a deep cleaning after the laser treatment. He shook his head in disbelief and could not believe that I had been dealing with this issue for 3 months. Now I'm being told that I have to do another surgery to remedy this profoundly serious issue. I called Dr Carlos's office and asked him to refund me since he did a lot of damage (that I now need to pay a fortune to fix)! Even though I was swallowing infection for 3 months and had to go to 2 different doctors to resolve this issue spending even more money trying to fix what Dr. Carlos did, his office manager told me since the doctor performed the procedure he is not going to reimburse me. At this point I am terribly upset, and I just hope my heart does not get damaged due to all the infection I swallowed. I also feel a sense of responsibility to let other people know that this doctor is very unprofessional and unethical.

I had a great experience at this dental office! Dr. Pires placed 5 implants in my mouth a few months ago, on my bottom jaw so I can have a fixed denture (I've lost all my bottom teeth years ago), and the surgery went very well, and healed nicely. He and his staff are great, very knowledgeable, and caring! And now with an implant fixed denture I can smile, talk, and chew normally again! No more loose denture, I'm so happy!!!

The most ethical Dentist I have ever had the pleasure of working with!! The whole staff has gone the extra mile to make me feel comfortable! The Hygienist actually listens to your cleaning preferences! She remembers them too! The front desk handles all the filing of insurance and the assistants are such sweethearts! I feel like family and wish I would have found them sooner!
