Was nervous for my first root canal. Very efficient, caring office. Dr. Ahmed Alzubaidi was personable, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable. I knew I was at the right place! Totally healed!

Dr. Ahmed Alzubaidi and his staff were absolutely wonderful! I had a retreat root canal from a previous doctor and Dr. A made the entire process so easy and I am very pleased with the outcome. Will absolutely recommend.

I was referred by my dentist for oral surgery. No pain, Dr. Martucci and her assistant were AMAZING!! I rated 4 stars because of a billing issue. I had to pay $1285.00 up front for my procedure. My insurance company said that it would be paid at 100% when they receive the bill. I contacted the office for my refund and was told that I was responsible for a 500.00 fee. The EOB and Aetna said that I was not responsible for the fee. The insurance company called WH Endodontic and told them that I am due a refund. Waiting for appeal process.

Hands down the best dental practice I have ever been to. Everyone is so friendly and kind and they make you feel relaxed. As someone who used to have a dental phobia, I found myself not even the slightest bit anxious about coming to this office. Dr. Alzubaidi is the best you could go to if you need an endodontist.

I was referred for a root canal, and was extremely nervous, as it was my first. The front office staff was pleasant, the dental hygienist took all my fear away, and Dr. A made a root canal ENJOYABLE - words I never thought I'd write. Thank you guys! 10/10

I was referred by my dentist for a root canal. And like many others I was nervous and didn't know what to expect. The procedure was painless and only took about an hour from the numbing process to the actual root canal. Dr. A and his assistant did a great job making sure I was comfortable and not in any pain. I highly recommend this place if you ever need a root canal.

Winter Haven Endodontics is and has been fantastic. Front office staff and assistants are all wonderful and incredibly friendly. Office looks brand new and equipment is up with the times. I had to make three scheduled visits and one unscheduled visit to complete a root canal due to chronic infection, and Dr. Ahmad Alzubaidi was professional and did a great job start to finish. *Highly recommend going here*

The BEST Endodontic in town. Came in a couple of months ago with an infected root canal that was done at another office. This Dr took me in and did an evaluation. Due to the infection I had to be referred to a surgeon. He made it happened same day. My root canal was saved all thanks to the Dr. I will be forever greatfull. The front desk Sam was the first one too see me in the process and the last one. Such an amazing person. Everyone here is amazing!

I got the terrible news from my dentist that I had an abscess and would need a root canal. My last experience with anyone getting a root canal was almost thirty years ago and my friends experience filled me with dread. I was referred to Winter Haven Endodontics by my dentist. Dr. Alzubaidi and the staff there were professional and put me at ease. What I did not know was that Dr. Alzubaidi would make that root canal one of the least stressful dental visits I have experienced short of a simple tooth cleaning. The procedure itself was painless which was not expected and even the normal swelling and healing were almost a nonissue. Taking the recommended over the counter analgesics and prescribed antibiotics as described in the "after procedure" instructions was super easy, barely an inconvenience. Six weeks later I had a recheck and everything looks great. There was moderate to severe bone loss but the prognosis for saving the tooth is hopeful. The all inclusive cost was well in line with expected charges for such a procedure. Dr. Alzubaidi was a dab hand at all stages of the procedure and took the time to ask me if I had any questions before/during and after the procedure. I did and he answered everything to my satisfaction. I have had cavities filled that were WAY more annoying and time consuming than this root canal. That is not something I thought was even possible. Oh it took BARELY AN HOUR! If you need a root canal this clinic is a great choice.

This office shows how dentistry should be done! The customer service from the front to the back was excellent. I was scared and they put me immediately at ease. I had a root canal and NO pain. This was important to Dr. Alzubaidi and his staff for the entire procedure. Trust me, don't go anywhere else other than Winter Haven Endodontics and Dr. Alzubaidi for care. Thank you!
