Our services cover the full range of dental services, from periodontal therapy dental care to root canals, implants, crowns, bridges, all types of fillings, tooth whitening and Invisalign, to mention just a few. Winston-Salem Periodontics also provides sedation dentistry for those who desire it.
I am a native of Colorado and grew up in a household where hard work and education were equally important. Thankfully, I took the advice of my parents and attended an in-state school for my undergraduate education. After studying biochemistry for three years at Colorado State University, I was accepted to dental school at the University of Colorado. I completed my dental training in 2005 and went on to study periodontics at the Greater Los Angeles Veterans Administration hospital. I graduated from the three-year residency in 2008 and had the honor of being chief resident.
Upon completion of my periodontal training, I worked to become a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and Dental Implant Surgery, a distinction held by less than one half of my peers. Prior to moving to Winston-Salem, I was an active participant in the local dental community in Asheville, North Carolina. In addition to treating patients in my private practice, I was a mentor and guest speaker for the Mountain Area Health and Education Center (MAHEC) General Practice Residency students. I believe in giving back and have provided volunteer services at the Veterans Administration dental clinic, participated in the Missions of Mercy (MOM) project, Dentistry from the Heart, and also spent two weeks providing dental care to HIV/AIDS orphans in Romania.
When I am not working with my team and patients, I love spending time with my beautiful children and supportive husband, Josh. I enjoy (sometimes) running, yoga and exploring new cities, especially when there is good food involved. Josh is helping me learn to love golf.

Well, I'd read the positive reviews of this practice, and my experience confirmed them all. Dr. Wright and her team are beyond competent (my tooth extraction and implant were easy and painless), and the staff really seemed like a cohesive, family-like group. The supporting staff does a great job putting you at ease. I really believe I couldn't have found anyone, anywhere more talented or empathetic for this dental work.

The staff is amazing and they always do a great job! I didn't have a babysitter today so I had to take my 8 month old with me to my appointment, she didn't do as well as I hoped so 10 out of 10 don't recommend taking a baby to a dentist appointment lol, but the staff jumped right in and helped with her while they were working on my teeth. Brittany and Taylor, you guys are the best, thank you so much!!!
