I came in due to pain...I know and they do too that I have more issues then that pain. Before doing a full exam &/ or dealing with other issues in my mouth the treatment plan jumps straight to the bridge they can do in the office. Wait wait wait what above the exam deep cl ab cavities broken teeth everything that is or may cause me a problem. Do u think I'm going to let u keep digging in my mouth awake...ain't no way. At least look at all the teeth Wow

Hygienist is the nicest and best hygienist I ever had. I only saw her on my last couple visits. Only problem the last time was they were short of help and my hygienist was taking care of all cleaning. She was bombarded, yet very patient.

Dr. Jackson is a wonderful dentist he explains what's needed and get the job done . Excellent staff from the front desk to dental assistance . I would highly recommend

This place is very professional. From the receptionist, the nurse and the dentist, I was treated very well. My insurance is low quality, but ideal dentistry is trying to help me.

I was frantic I broke my bridge I needed an appointment asap as I had church pictures tomorrow. They were awesome. Got me in right away and recemented . Made me have a happy smile again. Ideal Dental is awesome. I would recommend them to anyone who needs dental service Thanks Ideal

I've never had a good experience when being seen at this practice, however, I go back because they take my insurance and some of the staff such as Grace and Maria, are wonderful. My latest frustration? Paying out of pocket for a root canal that I couldn't afford, that I've had trouble with since I got it, was told at every appointment that there was nothing wrong with it, only to be told today (eight months later) that it may be infected and fractured, requiring me to spend more money to see a specialist to save my tooth. I know things happen, but please take people seriously when they're telling you that they've had issues with a tooth since a root canal. For eight months I've had constant pain and can not chew on my left side, and have always been told there wasn't anything wrong and it would pass. Well, here we are now, still in pain, needing a specialist, for a tooth that has caused issues from the start, not to mention a multitude of other issues I've experienced while attending appointments. Some of the staff make it a good place to go and they are so very kind and patient. That's about all the good I can say unfortunately.

The staff was amazing just really expensive to get an extraction done with insurance. But my overall experience was amazing I had doctor Jackson and his assistant was just amazing

Rude right off the gate and I haven't even been seen yet the lady going to lie talking about she was the only person working the front desk after I asked to speak to the office manger. I know their are more people there and the manger has to be there how can you lie like that.

After years of anxiety going to the dentist I can say I've found a place that truly listens and cares. Dr. Jackson and his assistant Martha were amazing taking there time to make sure I was comfortable. I also want to thank maria the receptionist for helping me with questions I had.

It was the worst dentist visit I've had in my whole life the doctor didn't care how much he hurt me and I wouldn't write him anything. I am still in pain and also there's still tooth left in there and I will never walk in those doors again

Went Saturday for pain between two of my molars. They did lots of X-Rays, yet told me that the pain might be caused due to a buildup and that I would need a cleaning, but they had no hygienists available that day, but they could re-schedule me for Tuesday. I made an appointment for today at 4PM, having to lose time off work and a long drive from Greensboro. I arrive there at 3:30PM, they took me in and told me that I was there for X-Rays. I tell them that I had scheduled for a cleaning, due to pain. After more X-Rays and another check, now I'm told a completely different story, also that I would need to schedule another appointment, as no hygienists were available. I inform the dental assistant that I was there for a cleaning, and he begins to argue with me that that is incorrect, and not within the notes. Not only unprofessional, but I thought that after changing their name, the service was to improve, how wrong I was, and continue with this pain. Called my wife and asked her what was said Saturday, as she was there, she replied the same... I was scheduled for a cleaning today.... on my books, this is and continues to be bad business. My wife proceeded to cancel all our kids dental appointments with this location, as well as my wife's appointments, already booked with another dentist. Overall, name changed, business practice remains the same, awful.
