As one of the first large-scale, multi-specialty dental facilities in the nation, our facility became a model for the delivery of preventive oriented dental services to a large group of patients. WSDC was originally established in 1978 by RJ Reynolds Tobacco Company to provide dental care exclusively to its employees. dependents, and retirees. On January 1, 2000, Winston-Salem Dental Care became 'Kenneth M. Sadler, DDS & Associates, PA' when a group of WSDC 's dentists joined to purchase the practice.
Dental care currently provides services to more than 17,000 patients and continues to maintain a close relationship with Reynolds American, Inc. and other employer groups in Winston-Salem. The practice is located in a modern three-story facility with 45,000 square feet. The practice is represented by a staff of 129 employees who handle the diverse scope of administrative and clinical functions. Since 1994, the practice has received the unique distinction of being accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC).

Sadler, DDS and Associates, PA/Winston-Salem Dental Care to continue to develop a premier dental care delivery system within the community of Winston-Salem and to be responsive to patients' needs, satisfy patient demands for quality and accessibility, and to promote employee involvement and excellence.

We are accredited by the AAAHC, have extensive clinical support systems, an in house dental lab providing same day repair services, Quality Improvement systems, and an experienced administrative staff.

I went in for an orthodontic consult with Dr. Bracket and I was blown away!! He is so attentive and kind; I felt seen and understood by him. Dr. Bracket was able to answer all my questions and provide me with a clear treatment plan. I'm really looking forward to continuing my orthodontic care with him!

Dr Byrd has cared for my whole family for over 40 years - He has taken great care of all of us over the years, always making us laugh even if going to the dentist isn't funny!! Lol. Heather also has cared for my mom and dad for such a long time, always with incredible kindness and knowledgeable dental care. Both she and Dr Byrd have been great helping me , as a daughter and now caregiver, make decisions for my parents as they aged and faced new dental issues. Very reassuring to have such guidance and good advice Five stars for sure!!

I went here to have some work done. Absolutely LOVE this Dentist Office! Staff is always friendly. My hygienist was Emily. She is the best. Explains this to you prior, during, while she is working, always checking to make sure your okay and comfortable. Alleviated all reservations about visiting the dentist. The Doc, Mccullough was awesome too. Clear treatment plan. I highly recommend this office for any and all dental needs.
