Routine exams, cleanings, fillings, and extractions need to be paid for on the day of your visit. If you have dental insurance, we will ask you to pay your expected portion of the costs the day of your visit, and we will be happy to send in your insurance claim for you.
If you are in need of more extensive services, we will prepare and print out a treatment plan that includes expected costs and timing on the services. Once you decide what dental services youd like completed, we will discuss various payment options.
We accept all credit and debit cards. If you would like to finance your treatment, but not use a credit card, we will assist you in applying for a short-term loan from Care Credit. Because of our costs for providing Care Credit, payments made with this option will not receive a prepay discount.
Dr. Seltman grew up in Kansas and attended Union College in Lincoln, Nebraska where he earned his Bachelors degree. He then attended dental school at Loma Linda University in Southern California, where he completed his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree.
After graduating, he moved with his wife Rachel to Montana to begin his career in private practice. With family in Minnesota, Dr. Seltman is excited to continue his career with us and is looking forward to seeing patients in Watertown and Winsted. Whether it is easing a patients discomfort or aiding in the restoration of a patients smile and self-esteem, Dr. Seltman is committed to compassion and care towards each patient.
Patti grew up in Waverly, Minnesota. She has been a valued team member for thirty seven years. She pursued her Dental Assisting degree at the Minnesota Institute of Medical and Dental Assistants. Outside of the office, Patti loves being outdoors. Her favorite outdoor activities include boating, fishing, and gardening.
Alison was born and raised in Mound, MN. She is a Certified and Licensed Dental Assistant and joined our team in 2018. She loves to get to know her patients and make them feel welcome and comfortable while in the dental office. She enjoys the variety of procedures that Dental Assisting offers and takes pride in treating patients with new technology. Alison and her husband, Grant, will have two daughters this winter and bought their first house in Mound, MN last year. They enjoy being on the lake and spending time with family and friends.
JaNaye, a Lester Prairie native, has been with us for eleven years. She graduated college from Minnesota State University- Mankato in 2006. While attending, she pursued a Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene. Outside of the office, JaNaye enjoys family time with her two children, gardening, exercising, boating, and watching movies.
Jenny has been a team member since 2001. She grew up in Gary, South Dakota and attended college at the University of South Dakota. She graduate in 1995 with her Associates in Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene. She enjoys spending time with her husband David and their children, Kayla, Collin, and Jayden. Her other hobbies include reading, cooking, hunting, gardening, and going to Wineries.

Everyone was so friendly and upbeat! I had not been to a dentist for 3 years. I received judgment-free conversation and felt completely comfortable. The office is new and clean and state-of-the-art with small-town pricing. I am so grateful to have found Winsted Dental! Definitely worth the drive, coming from the SW metro area.

I highly recommend folks to visit Winsted Dental for all their dental concerns. Everyone there always make me feel relaxed and comfortable during my dental visits. I really like how they were taking care of my teeth and doing an amazing job. I really appreciate the hygienist and dentist and their efforts. I always feel welcome there and I do not worry about anything because I know they will take care of what my teeth need.
