I moved here from New York and this dentist is super convenient for me and also the best dentist I have ever been to. They care about you through out the entire experience. I saw doctor cody haumann and he is so kind and all the assistance are nice and relatable and easy to talk to. I have never felt unwelcomed or uncomfortable being here and I am typically very anxious and nervous. The ladies at the front desk also always help me with my insurance which I greatly appreciate. I truly believe they have my best intentions in mind with every interaction I have here.

Finally!!!! A dental practice in Wilmington that actually CARES about their patients, listens to them and isn't full of "corporate greed" like the last three I went to. The ENTIRE staff is kind, caring and knows what they are doing. My hygienist, Rebecca was so gentle. Micah, the assistant truly listened as she took my dental history and Dr. Rich, with his 40 years of experience, told me facts and what I actually needed, unlike the "corporate" dentists who try to make a buck off your insurance with bogus charges. Also, when the office staff is smiling and joking around with each other and most have been there for over 16 years, you know it's a wonderful work environment. Plus, they sent me a thank you note for choosing them and it was signed by everyone. There is something to be said about a private practice. They go the extra mile. I recommend them 100%! THANK YOU!!!

This place is the BEST! The staff are all super nice and welcoming. They perform excellent work as well! Also, they give you a hot towel for your face which feels awesome!

Simply the BEST group! I have been a patient of Dr. Winslett for years. Dr Rich also has provided me dental care. Recently, i witnessed Dr. Rich and assistant, Tracy provide exceptional treatment to a loved one who was overjoyed at the outcome! My experience is they are professional, talented, painless, honest and kind. The staff are welcoming and helpful. In addition, I believe this group strives to be affordable.

Dr Basinger is my hero. She is very good and also very gently which is a big plus for me. Over time I noticed small chips in my upper front teeth. Yes everytime I smiled or spoke it was noticible. I had become self conscience about it. I asked Dr Basinger if she could fix the small chips and she did! I didn't have to be numbed up, she is always so gentle. And if I did not know the chips had been there I wouldn't be able to tell. Also they look better than they did before the chips. There was a little overlap where the chips had been. It's gone. I've been seeing Dr Basinger for several years and she just keeps impressing me.

You will be hard pressed to find a better group of people who genuinely look forward to taking care of you. My wife and I have been patients here for over 10 years with zero complaints. Very personable, professional and considerate.

Warm and welcoming staff makes the most stressful dental procedure comfortable. After having experienced terrible and unprofessional dentists in the past who wrecked havoc on my mouth,it is wonderful to have found a dental practice I can trust. There is no other dentist I will let work on my teeth. They take excellent care of their patients.
