Had been waiting for our insurance to kick in and get our cards. Been having some difficulty and it finally did and received the cards today so I call to make an appointment, make an appointment for tomorrow at 2:50pm and we hang up.. call me back 15 ish minutes later and they inform me they had sent me a letter when I dont know letting me know I have been released from receiving care there due to missing to many appointments. I only had 1 appointment and I had cancelled it, and I had called them to let them know, its expensive lets wait for my insuranceto kick in. They continue to call and call me, leaving me messages to make an appointment. Just doesn't make any sense. Not very professional at all!!! Kinda sad because I had really liked going there the doctor was super nice and told you the things that was happening and explained it. But its fine, just have to find someone else. Pretty sure they don't deal with brown folks.

I was a nervous patient but they were wonderful! Very kind and as gentle as possible. The hygienist was superb as well. I'm glad I went there and now the next day my teeth feel fantastic. Would recommend!!

They did a amazing job putting me at ease. Especially since I have severe anxiety that manifest in physical tremors. From the ladies at the front desk to Dr. Farley himself. Couldn't ask for better people.

Staff were polite and happy. Hygienist was gentle and friendly. Cleaning was thorough. My children enjoy being good and getting a toy and a new toothbrush at the end of the visit.
