I just had a rotten molar extraction done here. They did an awesome job, it only cost 117$ out of pocket and the procedure was over in less than 30 minutes. They sent me home with two prescriptions one for infection in my mouth and one for pain. It has made these next few days pain free. Thank you!!

I had an appointment to have 15 teeth extracted, left 4 on bottom for partial denture and will get full denture on top when healed. I am terrified of dentist and not afraid to admit that I haven't been in at least 35 years, not a very good brusher either. Well the procedure went very well, only minor discomfort on 1 difficult tooth, had iv sedation. It has been 24 hrs and I can sit eat soft foods, what amazes me is I have virtually no pain just taking it easy. I am so thankful to Dr. Ridenour, you did an exceptional job thank you and thanks to your staff, you all made what to me I thought was going to be a dreadful experience and you all made it easy. I didn't even cry

My daughter needed a couple baby teeth removed for orthodontic reasons, she was alittle nervous, the staff and doctor answered all her questions and put her little mind at ease. She was completely shocked when they said they were done, she didnt feel a thing.

I was hopeful for this company at first because my wife is getting extensive work done. They made her feel lower than low. She could only afford a little work at a time but they did not prescribe her any medication for pain (They gave her a few pain meds after the initial extraction) . After they pulled one of her teeth, they caused more pain. When she called them to tell them this, they tried telling her it was all her fault and they refused to do anything about it. It even led to one night of her in the emergency room. As soon as we switched dentists, they got us in right away and we were immediately taken care of and now my wife is no longer in pain. Never go here. They do not care. Also, for the price of getting one tooth pulled at Winnebago oral surgery, my wife was able to get two teeth pulled (one being a Wisdom tooth) and one of them was surgically removed for the same cost at this new dentist. Win for us. Please don't go here.

i have uhc insurance, i dont have the best plan, but i was just in there to have a tooth pulled and i was very happy with the service. i payed $150 less than quoted and i was pleased. the people here are very friendly, understanding and care about my well being, even tho they knew they were busy.

I had a toothache and went to my Dentist. He referred me to a specialist in Fond du Lac for an xray and exam. He determined i needed the tooth pulled and referred me to Winnebago Oral Surgery. Long story short, they charged me $92 for a new patient fee and for "discussing" the procedure which was not covered by insurance. Needless to say this is a rip off and is basically a scam to the patient to scrounge up extra cash for the firm. I may have been a new patient at the time but I will never return to be ripped off again. Shop around to see if there are any ethical "surgeons" before going to this place!

I was in so much discomfort from my Wisdom teeth. They got me in for a Consultation within the week, and I was able to come in for my surgery the following month. The surgery went so smooth and the Doctor and Dental assistants were so kind and wonderful through this whole process.

My daughter had oral surgery a few weeks ago. The doctor and staff were all very caring. They even called to check in and see how she was doing afterwards. I would highly recommend this office.

Honestly we are beyond dissatisfied. Our dentist referred us there for several extractions under the impression that they were going to implant bone for future work. Not only did they not do this, they chipped one of my husbands teeth and he spent 3 weeks after picking pieces of tooth from his gums. I would not recommend this place and we would never even entertain the thought of having future work completed here.

Had a cavity riddled wisdom tooth pulled today and while the experience itself was obviously unpleasant, the staff and the Dr did fantastic. Everyone was friendly and comforting. Ridenour was wonderful and did his best to make sure the experience was a painless and comfortable as possible. Everyone was kind, friendly and helpful.

They are not helpful with insurance even though I spoke with them informing them my medical insurance does cover Impacted Wisdom tooth removal. I was told "the code is the code" and I would be better off going through my dental insurance. They said I Would owe over $3000 on the day of the surgery. They have no interest in helping patients get the procedure covered under insurance since they already have your money when you pay on the day of the procedure. Shop around. I found a surgeon that works with UHC and my out of pocket will be under $400.

10-3-19 Hello! I had sedation surgery done yesterday and it was awesome. you may think, how can that be!. I don't want to go into too much detail but I had a molar broken under the gum line and was neglected by me for the fear of how it was gong to come out. I was treated with respect. the procedure was quick. I was explained everything that was going to happen. I went to sleep an woke up with virtually NO pain. this is day 2 and no pain!! If you have any fears of the dentist. See these folks. they take really good care of you,Thanks Doctor Chris!
