Dr. Wing grew up in the city that was made famous by the movie Fletch: Provo, Utah (Those are three names I enjoy: Marvin, Velma, and Provo). Although he never met Marvin or Velma, he enjoyed Provo so much that he decided to stay there and attend college at Brigham Young University. It was there that he met the gorgeous woman living in the condo next door, and after months of good behavior and gentle persuasion, he convinced her to marry him.
Melissa was a Gilbert Girl (AZ, that is ... not the TV show; or was that Gilmore?), and after Dr. Wing completed his dental and orthodontic training in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, they both agreed that Arizona was the best place to thaw out and raise their family. They have lived in Arizona for more than a decade and a half, and have four amazing children: Alexa, Mackenzie, Ethan, and Preston. Dr. Wing enjoys coaching their soccer teams, attending ballet performances and gymnastics meets, and challenging them to keep up with him on long bike rides.
If he ever finds an occasional morning to himself, he enjoys playing Ultimate Frisbee, golf, running, half (and occasional full) marathons, and basketball. And if you havent figured it out already from the incessant (and sometimes annoying) movie references, movie posters, and movie theater in the office, he has a passion for movies as well. He is not ashamed to admit that he is a true Star Wars, Marvel, and Harry Potter nerd.
Dr. Wing is first to admit that he would be nowhere if it werent for his outstanding team of orthodontic superheroes (Wing Team, Assemble!) Although he has to look the other way during staff meetings when theyre eating guacamole, hummus, and vegemite sandwiches, he is in constant awe and admiration at how these girls go out of their way to give our patients the best experience possible. At Wing Orthodontics, we treat our patients the same way we would like to be treated: with respect, professionalism, and a warm chocolate chip cookie on the way out. We had an excellent experience at Wing Orthodontics! We were very impressed with Dr Wing and his staff. My husband and daughter both recently had their braces done here and had a very positive experience. I love looking at both their smiles! Appointments were efficient, easy to schedule and be seen, and everything stayed right on track. I couldn't recommend them enough to anyone! Best in the business!!

Wing Orthodontics is amazing! Dr. Wing and the entire staff are friendly, helpful, and do outstanding work, and every appointment was smooth and efficient. We have been coming to Dr. Wing for several years and we love it! My daughters never complain about going. The staff is all very happy and friendly. Dr. Wing shows that he cares and takes his time with each patient and is happy to discuss kindly how your child is doing with their treatment. Once we check in the wait is never long and my little ones that come with me LOVE the theater room while waiting for their siblings. I highly recommend this place and will continue to come here as long as my family needs braces!

If you or your child need braces, then Wing Orthodontics is the place to go! Dr. Wing is fantastic and so is his entire staff. Everyone at Wing was friendly, honest and helpful. My son just had his braces removed and couldn't be happier.

I don't even know where to begin - from the very first interaction with Wing Orthodontics I have been beyond impressed. We had consultations at a couple of other dentist/ortho offices and Wing Orthodontics is by far the Platinum standard for patient care. The process was carefully and completely explained before we ever had the braces put on. Due to the crowding on my daughters lower jaw - one of the brackets popped off and even though it was a Friday and the office was closed, someone met us there to re-bond it - and that was how the whole process went the whole way, anytime there was any issue and/or question it was handled promptly! We moved to Tucson a year ago (in the middle of the treatment plan) and continued to come to this office because of the quality of the care we received. I would 20/10 recommend Dr. Wing and his incredible office staff to anyone who is looking for braces!

My daughter got her braces off yesterday and WOW! Dr. Wing and his entire staff are top notch! Always helpful and kind and the entire process was so simple! A year and a half flew by! Her teeth look amazing and I have no doubt that we received the best care around! Highly recommend!

We are newer patients, but they have already made us feel so comfortable! The consultation for my son was informative, not rushed and no pressure. The office itself is impressive, clean and organized and the staff is always super friendly in person and on the phone. I highly recommend Wing Ortho.

Doctor Wing and his staff have been great to work with! Our son just got his braces off after 20 months. He was supposed to get them off a couple of months ago, but he wasn't quite where Doctor Wing wanted him to be. So rather than just let it go, he took the time to talk to my wife and son and tell them we needed to extend the timeline a little. And now he looks great!
