Seeing a child or adult who wouldnt smile before treatment beaming with confidence once their new smile is completed is a great reward. Witnessing this boost in self-esteem and positivity is what energized me to keep up the hard work.
From little kids who are teased or bullied about their smile, to adults who are ashamed to show their teeth socially and professionally, getting to see the transformations that happen as their beautiful, healthy smile develops, is why I look forward to coming to work each morning.
The Windy City Orthodontics team attends many hours of dental and orthodontic education every year. They study topics from orthodontic mechanics and appliances to advances in diagnostic and development, as well as practice management.
I grew up in the northern suburbs of Chicago and now call the Windy City my home. I share my life with a little black mixed-breed rescue dog, Cinder. Like many rescues, she has issues were working through, and strive to give her security, attention, reassurance, and love.

So glad I chose Windy City for my Invisalign Treatment! Everything has run so smoothly, from my appointments, to payment plans and my treatment itself. Dr P is thorough and really cares about the outcome of your treatment, tweaking and ordering new sets of aligners to make sure everything is perfect and to your satisfaction. Highly highly recommend Windy City if you're considering Invisalign.

I highly recommend Windy City orthodontics!! They were very kind and welcoming from the start which made me so comfortable with the whole process and made it easier to commit to braces again. Their facility is so clean, and high tech! I was really impressed with the fact that they provided me a mold of my teeth in case I lose my retainer to have another one made because let's be honest, accidents happen and teeth shift quickly. They are also very understanding and accommodating for when accidents happen and I made every effort to minimize those. I also really appreciated how stress free they made my payment plan so all in all it was worth every penny! I would recommend this place to anyone. Shout out to Dr. Pakravan and his amazing staff/work family--THANK YOU.

Windy City Orthodontics is amazing!! They're always nice and always try to work around my schedule. It never takes more than an hour to get done, and though I'm not done with my braces, my teeth look better than ever.

I had Invisalign through Windy City and they are a great option for those with busy lifestyles. Appointments we're always under 45min max, usually 15min. Super friendly, flexible scheduling, and definitely recommend!

i love this place so much and the people here.they made coming to the orthodontist less scary and more enjoyable.would recommend this place 12/10.Angelica,Karina,Sam,and Kris all need a raise for how amazing they are.specifically a 3 dollar raise!!

Well, I checked lots of good reviews from google and started treatment with them today. I am not sure yet whether all those situation happened only to me or it's not important for others. My technician was very skillful and nice but the doctor did not do anything for my treatment today FYI. Yes, I agree most of the staffs were so nice and kind but the response from the reception was quite offensive and not reasonable to me at all. First of all, When I first had meeting with the coordinator, she did not tell me about those many anchors I should put on my teeth to get the clear mouth piece (a.k.a invisalign - mine is different brand). The misleading conception with clear mouth piece pushed me to decide to start the treatment and I am quite confused now with all those funny looking uncomfortable setting. Fine, I should have done more research for it but hope they should explain it CLEARLY on the first meeting. Second, during the first meeting, I told them there'd be a change in my insurance, and the lady nicely told me that just call them when new insurance came, so I called them more than 2 wks ago and updated my insurance, I asked them to let me know if there's any changes for the coverage - NO ONE CALLED me for two weeks. When I talked to the reception lady today, she was asking me who did I talk to 2 wks ago - well, should I remember all names to figure out who did not do their own responsibilities? Today, the lady also told me that she got the insurance info just this morning and she refused to give me the new contract with updated payment information - she also told me I need to pay the whole amount (with payment plan) and WAIT a check from insurance company. I chose my new insurance with the same company Delta Dental. During the first meeting, the main reason I chose Windy City service was that they would charge me only the amount after the estimated insurance coverage (my service was about 6000 and insurance cover estimates 2500 so they put me 3500 for my payment contract). At first, since my previous one is Delta IL, they could do it but my newer one is Delta GA, they cannot do it and later she said Delta never pays back to the office. she said they never do that :( - wow! She told me that I might wait to meet my coordinator but she's in the meeting with two patients so it would take VERY LONG time. I asked them to call me but not sure whether they will. Yes, people sometimes make mistakes for information, but they cannot just say here's your option and that's how we do without any apologies. Well, am I the only one who feels not reasonable for all those?

This has literally been the most amazing group of people I've ever met. Everyone from the front desk, to the ortho assistants to the Dr is super friendly, accommodating and are always willing to answer questions. Should out to Angelica because since day 1 and every other time I've walked in, she remembers me by name and holds a conversation with me like my own friend! I'm nearing the end of my treatment (adult braces) and I'm actually kind of sad lol. I recommend them to everyone I talk to.

Super convenient for a busy lifestyle. I get all of my aligners at once and upload pictures. If the need me to come in I do, but so far in the past 6 months I've only had to go in twice, including the consultation. I love it!

To say I've had pretty messed up teeth is an understatement, however by the time I was done with my Invisalign treatment I gain so much confidence in my smile. The staff is just amazing! They were so nice and knew what they were doing. I always looked forward to my appointments. Windy City Orthodontist is the best there is! Highly recommend it.
