Dr. Kitchens founded his vision of a family-based dental practice, Windward Dental Care, in 2000. Because he realizes that more than great clinical skills are needed to make a comfortable practice, Dr. Kitchens focuses on providing individualized dental care to each patient according to their personal needs and desires. He emphasizes preventive dental care, helping his patients maintain healthy teeth and gums and keeping any needed dental treatment conservative. Dr. Kitchens greatest goal is to create healthy smiles and trusting relationships that last a lifetime!
Jennifer HygienistJennifer was born and raised in Cumming, Georgia. She graduated from Forsyth Central High School and went on to the Medical College of Georgia to graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene. Jennifer has been a dental hygienist since 2003, and has been in the dental field since 2000. She has brought over 17 years of dental experience to Dr. Keith Kitchenss practice. Not only does Jennifer take pride in educating patients about the importance of great oral health care, she feels very passionate in helping her patients achieve great oral health care, and volunteering in her spare time. She is active in her professional association and with her church. In Jennifers free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Brad, and her family.

First visit for my son today was great! The staff has been wonderful from the start with our family's transfer from another practice. Mckenzie handled the transfer of records seamlessly and has been very friendly. The office is clean with soothing decor. Dr Kitchens is knowledgeable and caring. The entire process has been pleasant. So glad we made the switch!

Been going to Dr. Kitchens since 2007. I have since moved and now drive 30 minutes each way for a visit. I would drive an hour each way if I had to. Dr. Kitchens and his staff are wonderful. You can tell Dr. Kitchens really enjoys listening and connecting with his patients. My appointments are never rushed and they treat me like I'm their favorite patient. If they are taking new patients I highly recommend signing up.

Having just moved to the Alpharetta area a year ago, replacing my dentist of 23 years was a top priority. I just had my second visit to Windward Dental Care and boy did I hit the jackpot! Dr Kitchens and his team are truly amazingly! From the warm greeting by Mckenzie upon arrival,the outstanding cleaning and conversation with Susan, to the wrap up with Dr Kitchens, the team made visiting the dentist a wonderful experience! I would highly recommend if you are in the market for a new dentist!

The staff at Windward Dental is so friendly and efficient and the office is sparkling clean. You feel like you have just stepped into your family room when you arrive. In addition, Dr. Kitchens is the BEST dentist I have ever had. You literally do not feel his novacane shots.

Friendly, accommodating and thoroughly professional staff makes going to the dentist a much more pleasant experience. Excellent care and got a great referral when I needed specialized care. Wish I knew about them earlier. Highly recommended!

If you are looking for a skilled, friendly, and honest dentist, you need to see Dr. Kitchens. I've been going there for a couple of years with no complaints. I decided to bring my kids because their pediatric dentist and hygienist seemed to rush all the time. Best decision ever! They loved it! They always look forward to their next appt! Windward Dental does an excellent job, not only with adults but with kids too.

There are no true words to explain on how wonderful this establishment is for your dental care. First off with Doc he is awesome, one of the best caring, compassionate Doctors in the world of Dental Care. He is extremely methodical, take his time and does not rush his practices. I have been a "frequent flyer" here at Windward Dental Care these last few months, and I must say that this is quite literally the best dentist I have ever been to. I do not say this lightly as I have had previous dental trauma and have always been afraid/nervous when coming to the dentist. I moved to the area 2 years ago and just couldn't seem to find the right place for me... until I met Dr. Kitchens and his amazing staff. When Dr. Kitchens gives injections, you cannot even feel them - he is a wizard when it comes to dental work! I feel like I am more than just a patient when I am here, they truly care about you and take the time to explain what you are experiencing. I have learned so much as a patient here and I am so thankful to have found a place that I can trust. My anxiety from the dentist has tremendously lessoned since coming here. Shout out to the team for always making me feel so welcome & providing a place that feels like home.

I recently switched to Windward Dental and I'm SO glad I did. I typically hate going to the dentist but the hygienist was VERY gentle!!! I learned ALL KINDS of things about dental care that will help keep my teeth healthy! I've really had a great experience so far and am glad to have made the switch.

Dr. Kitchens and his staff were beyond lovely. We are first timers who just recently moved to Georgia, and we were looking for a good dentist. We stumbled upon Windward's website and thought all the services they provided were just what we were looking for. Just like we predicted, the staff was kind and lively. Such kind and welcoming staff. The level of detail was beyond any other dental office I've been to. I especially appreciated being provided all the info (pros and cons) to be able to make an informed choice on future dental work. The office itself was super nice and located in a convenient spot.
