Dr. Moumoulidis obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) degree in 2002 from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. He also obtained an Advance Education of General Dentistry certificate (A.E.G.D. residency) in 2003 from the same university. After obtaining his degree, Dr. Moumoulidis worked in a vigorous office as an associate for 5 years providing quality dental care in Hartford before opening his own practice in Windsor Locks. With the increase in new technology each year in the dental industry, Dr. Moumoulidis is not only active in continuying his dental education but enjoys staying up to par in the field.
Dr. Moumoulidis enjoys spending time with his family especially his wife and son. He also enjoys painting, building computers, traveling, and maintaining his fish aquarium. He is an actice member of his church.

The best dentist I have ever been to. Dr Fotios is skilled in his craft and always gone out of his way to take care of me and my family. Can't recommend him and his staff enough.

Would NOT recommend this Dentist. Went to for over 2 years, and my dental care suffered during this 2 year period. I have since found another Dentist and things are going much better.

Great dentist and amazing staff. Dr. Fotios really takes the time to make sure that your teeth are in top shape. They do not rush the appointments and leave you with cavities.. Highly recommend.

The staff wasnt even supposed to be in as it was the day before thanksgiving and once they took my call and knew how much pain i was in, they fit me in right away. As a new patient they went right in and fixed the problem. I dislike anything dental but after this expierence, i cant recc. This place enough. Def 5/5.

Great service and great people! Dentist was super friendly and did a great job on my filling. I called to get an emergency appointment and received an appointment for the next business day. I was able to get my tooth fixed quickly.

The BEST dentist around!! Dr. Moumoulidis is very thorough and precise about his work , he takes his time and explains everything in detail to you! I was in a great deal of pain with my tooth and he took time from his family on a Sunday for an emergency appointment . I want to think Dr. Moumoulidis and his staff for treating me with great care and promptly

I could not wait to write a wonderful review about my experience at Windsor Locks Dental. I broke a tooth while away and visited another dentist who told me I needed an immediate root canal. As a woman in my twenties, I was not excited by this prospect. Luckily, Dr Fotios was able to get me in quickly was able to use experience and updated equipment to save my tooth. While this experience is what motivated me to write a review, I have enjoyed all of my visits to the office.
