Windsor Dental Group is a collaborative partnership formed by two highly-trained and experienced dentists. Dr. Andriy Shevchuk and Dr. Kai Morgan are both graduates of Loma Linda University and have received several awards for their excellence in patient care.
Our teamincludes Susan, a highly trained hygienist, who is also a faculty member at the Santa Rosa Junior College Dental Hygiene school. She has been with our practice for over 10 years. We are fully staffed with dental assistants and other friendly professionals who provide dedicated patient support.
A desire for learning runs deep within Dr. Andriy Shevchuk. Dr. Andriy graduated in 2001 from dental school in Ukraine, his home country, where he subsequently worked as a dentist in a state-of-the-art dental practice. In 2011, he graduated fromLoma Linda University School of Dentistry in California. Because of his high standard of doctor-patient relationships and the quality of care he provides, he was recognized as one of their best clinicians and received the prestigious Clinical Achievement Award.
During his years at Loma Linda,Dr. Andriy Shevchuk provided dental care to those in need. He joined a mission trip to Ethiopia, Africa as a volunteer. That experience solidified his overall life approach of treating others as you would like to be treated.
After graduating from Loma Linda,Dr. Andriy spent two years in Los Angeles before moving to Sonoma County in 2013 and starting his own dental practice. He takes continuing education courses whenever possible so that he can stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and offer his patients the best preventive dental care and treatment available.
He believes in saving a patients original tooth structure whenever possible, rather than opting to replace it. He develops a customized treatment plan that fits a patients schedule and budget and takes into consideration the urgency of any dental issues they may have.
Dr. Andriy loves being a dentistbecause he wants to help his patients have healthy, happy smiles. He also loves challenges and learning new dental techniques. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the California Dental Association.
Dr. Kai Morgan is committed to providing excellence in dentistry. Highly skillful and compassionate, he fills our practice with smiles and happy patients. A graduate of Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, he closely follows the motto of his school To Make Man Whole and treats everyone with a systematic and holistic approach to address the needs and preferences of patients. He uses the best and latest in dentistry techniques to provide patients with an attractive and healthy smile.
Dr. Morgan deeply believes in education to prevent a wide range of severe oral health problems before they occur. He always makes sure to keep patients fully informed about their overall dental health and well-being.

As a courtesy to our patients with dental insurance, we are happy to submit your primary dental insurance claim forms using the insurance information you provide. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please familiarize yourself with your insurance benefits. We will collect payment for services based on the estimated amount insurance is not expected to pay. You will be responsible for payment of all feeswhether insurance has paid or notwithin 60 days of the service. We will be happy to send a refund to you of the insurance amount paid to us. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
