As a board-certified pediatric dentist and with nearly a decade of experience in the dental field so far, Dr. Karrie is the perfect provider to care for your son's or daughters special smile. She always tries to connect with each new patient, helping them ease their nerves and become more of a relaxed, fun-loving kid who just happens to be at the dentists office! Whenever she makes them laugh with a silly knock-knock joke or by belting Let it Go in her off-tune voice, she is reminded of how much she truly LOVES her job. Above all else, her goal is to help both children and parents feel genuinely cared for at WindHaven Pediatric Dentistry.
As a mother with three young kids, Dr. Karrie is even more grateful to be a pediatric dentist who connects with parents and families on a daily basis, as she knows exactly what theyre going through. She has developed a keen sense of compassion and understanding, and all of her treatment recommendations are personalized to fit each childs unique home-life situation.
Dr. Karrie attended the University of Florida (Go Gators!) for her undergraduate degree and then pursued her dental doctorate at the University of Pennsylvania (UPenn). During these four years, she realized her natural ability to connect with kids and her passion to teach them positive health habits led her to pursue specialty training in pediatric dentistry. Dr. Karrie then moved west to California to attend the University of Southern California (USC) for this additional two-year residency. She graduated from residency in 2010, and for the last ten years, has been working and gaining experience in multiple dental offices in multiple states!
Now, this board-certified pediatric dentist, who owns her own dental office, is excited to provide a dental home for little ones in the surrounding communities of Aubrey, Little Elm, Prosper, Celina, and Frisco!
Dr. Karrie is originally a Florida girl, and her husband, Andy, was born and raised as a California boy! Having grown up on opposite sides of the country, theyve now settled at the halfway point and are proud to call Texas their home! They keep busy with their three young sons attending Taekwondo lessons, soccer games, church events, and many, many trips to the grocery store! Thankfully, the boys grandmother currently lives with them and helps out with some childcare.

'Our newborn daughter had a lip and tongue tie that were causing immediate latching/nursing issues. Dr. Lee took her time evaluating her and listening to our concerns before educating us on the frenectomy procedure. We were so impressed by her kindness, fun and gentle demeanor, and interaction with our newborn that we transferred our oldest to their office immediately for dental checkups. Everyone in this office treats you incredibly well. They keep kids extra safe and help you the parent make the best choice for your kids. They are excellent with kids of all ages. They go above and beyond to give your child the best care. My kids love going here and I enjoy taking them.

Windhaven Pediatric Dentistry is incredible. From the doctor, nurses, to the front desk staff, everybody was very friendly and caring. Dr. Karrie Lee is an amazing doctor. I have never seen a doctor so patient with both children and parents. Every time I walked out of her clinic, my daughter and I had a smile on our faces. I can't tell you how amazing these dentists and hygienists are because you just have to experience it yourself! They truly care about my babies and make them feel right at home. My daughter LOVES the dentist because of the detail they provide and the joy they bring her. Even before her first ever dental appointment, they sent a super fun book about going to this dental office. It was an AMAZING way to prepare her for every single step once she arrived. From greeting Mr. Danny, to sitting back and watching her favorite shows, they truly are one of a kind. Dr. Karrie and Dr. My treat each child with such care and understanding of their needs. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Absolutely love this place. Dr Karrie is the sweetest person ever and she's so patient and kind. My poor son is 3mo and had really bad lip and tongue ties and she was so helpful and informative and told me if I have any concerns before the 1 week follow to call and they would fit me in earlier. The front office staff are also very kind and go out of their way to help you in every way they can. You can tell everyone really cares about you and they make you feel like family!

WindHaven Pediatric was a top notch experience! They go out of their way to make sure kids feel comfortable, even at the dentist. The waiting room had a sign welcoming the new patients by name. This was a thoughtful personal touch that made my daughter feel special. They have multiple screens playing overhead so that while the dentist is working kids can think about something other than what is happening in their mouth. Dr. Karrie Lee was amazing! She is patient, kind, thorough, and does an amazing job of showing that she cares for each of her patients. I highly recommend this for all your Pediatric Dentistry needs!

From check in to check out we had an amazing experience with WindHaven. Dr. Karrie is patient, kind and so incredibly good with kids as is the entire staff. She answered all my questions and completely eased my nerves regarding my 5 year olds franectomy and filling procedure. During the procedure she made him comfortable and let him know everything she was doing in the cutest kindest way. Her work is impeccable. The office is clean and very kid friendly. My son can't wait to go back.

From cleanings to crowns and fillings, the care and expertise in pediatric dentistry from the staff at WindHaven is excellent! My kids never voiced pain or discomfort during any of their procedures. The office staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. I am so happy to have found a great pediatric dentist for my kids.
