This is a wonderful office for orthodontist services. They run on time and appointments are quick. The staff is so friendly and always happy to see the patients.

Dr Ross and her crew have been amazing throughout our experience so far. My son is a pretty sensitve case when it comes to dentistry of any kind but everyone there is calm, friendly and they explain things so well. We didn't have any issues getting his braces on and even he was impressed with the "hurtless" techniques they used. My praise though is saved for Dr Ross's straight forward business approach and administrative process. These people are as genuine and friendly as it gets and I always feel like they are doing their best to know us and our side of things so they can give us the best experience they have. No overly complex policies or procedures, just good, solid communication, diligent, friendly staff and quality work. Even after our few years with them I would struggle to have to find a criticism of this business and I would highly recommend Windham Orthodontics to everyone in need of orthodontic services.

Windham Orthodontics has been providing my patients with exceptional orthodontics for over 7 years. Dr. Ross is 100% involved with every patient she treats and makes sure parents and patients are informed of all the procedures she is planning. Her staff are highly trained in helping Dr Ross get the best esthetic and functional results for her patients. Unlike other high volume orthodontic practices , Windham Orthodontics has a freindly, relaxed approach to treating their patients and Dr Ross is always available for individual consultation and questions. I cant recommend them enough.

I walk into every appointment and everyone is always so happy to be doing their jobs and is always happy to see me come in. I have an invisaline and the process has been so easy with them. They recently got a new scanner to create a mold for my new invisaline/retainer, it is very quick and efficient. Therefore, making the process even more simple.

Dr. Ross and Staff are great! They always answer my questions full and explain the treatment procedures. As a dental professional in the Southern NH community I have the pleasure of seeing lots of children in braces from orthodontists In the area. I could not bring my child to an office that I was not completely satisfied with or Did not like the results of the treatment. I have seen many smiles that Dr. Ross has perfected and I could not imagine bringing my daughter any where else. Her staff is welcoming and professional. Thank you ladies and Dr. Ross for accepting us as your client. Smile on!!

Every time I call an answering machine picks up and says they are closed. They never let you know when they are closed or when they will return to office. I swear they make up their own schedule on the fly! Extremely frustrating.
