Had an appointment set, and had a terrible infection .. they were out of a dentist for at least 2 months, there is no consistency at this practice what so ever. The front desk woman made me feel very small, as she would keep asking me "do you fallow, do you understand? Like I was disabled. I had one of THE WORST experiences ever in my 25 years of life at a oral practice. I'm very upset and shaken up with how unprofessional the staff was being. Unfortunately this is all state insurance has for a practice in Brattleboro and the surrounding areas. Help us we need a better dentist!!!

They were wonderful to me! Not only did he save my tooth, he was determined to also save me a significant amount of money in the process. I'm very very grateful to this office. The entire staff has been fantastic to work with.

The dentist I had was rude, couldn't get my mouth numb where I needed to have a tooth pulled. Couldn't take an X-ray the woman couldn't figure out how to get the machine correctly in my mouth, used her bare hands and cut my lips. The dentist only wanted to give one shot of novacane. And after trying to pry my tooth out for 15 mins said he could not do it and needed to have a referral. I then left and went to aspen dental where they had the same tooth out in under 5 mins!!!!! Do not go here.
