Dr. Rao is a graduate of Goldman Dental School, Boston University, where he graduated with Doctor of Dental Medicine in Advanced Standing. He is a general dentist practicing in Virginia. Dr. Raos face driven approach to creating aesthetic harmony and balance has made him our clinical lead for multidisciplinary treatment planning and Implants. His interest in research and technology in the field of implants lead him to Charles University in Prague. He was nominated the best clinical lead when he worked as clinical resident and teacher in Periodontics and implantology. His research paper based on Aesthetics in Implantology received high honors and later in 2007, got published in Acta Medica Journal. In 2008, his study on sinus grafting with innovative mixture of autogenous bone with xenograft bone was accepted and published by Journal of Oral Maxillofacial Implants in the US.
In 2008, after finishing his residency in periodontics and implantology in Charles University, he was awarded Doctorate degree in implant dentistry (Ph.D). In his career, he has successfully performed more than 1500 implant surgeries and other cosmetic surgeries.
He works as general dentist in his clinics in Tysons Corner and Winchester Virginia, alongside his wife, Dr. Teena Sareen. With Dr. Sareen and his associates, does comprehensive dentistry- a approach he calls- All dental care-under one roof to keep cost down for their patients and reduce or eliminate the need for multiple specialist referrals.
Brittany or as we call her Little Miss Sunshine! joined our team in 2018. We were so pleased to find such a friendly person to join our dental family. Brittany was born and raised in Berkeley Springs, WV and now resides in Inwood, WV. Not only is she the happiest and most kind person we know, she is a mother of three beautiful girls! When she is not at work she enjoys spending time with her Fianc and two daughters playing outside and taking trips to the Outer Banks every year. We can assure you when you come into our office you will be greeted by Brittanys warm smile!
Kelsea joined our team in January 2022. She has been assisting in the dental field since 2018. While at work she ensures that our patients feel at ease as they prepare for examinations and treatment. When she is not at work she enjoys spending time with her husband and family, playing with her two nephews and being home with her dogs. She also has a little farm and enjoys the outdoors.
Gabriel joined our team in February 2022. He has had an interest in the dental field since he was very young. Gabriel enjoys getting to know all of our patients and making sure they always feel welcomed. When Gabriel is not at work he enjoys fishing and spending time with his family. Gabriel plans to continue his education at Northern Virginia Community College to pursue hygiene.
Nicole is our shining star in the office. She joined our team in 2021. She brings positivity and laughter to every patient she sees. Nicole takes the time to make sure you are comfortable and relaxed while you are in our care. When Nicole is not at work, she enjoys being outdoors with her two giant dogs. Nicole also enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.
