Hello. I am Dr. Andrew Arriola. I grew up in Southern California, more specifically, West Covina. In high school, I played a variety of sports- basketball, soccer and baseball, my favorite being baseball. I also played the saxophone in the high school band. After attending USC for one year, I decided that the smaller Cal Poly University was more my style. That is why, after graduating from UCLA Dental School in 1986 with my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, I settled and opened my practice in the quaint Temecula Valley. I have been at the same location for more than 25 years.
My associations and memberships include: The California Dental Association, Tri-County Dental Society, The Academy of CAD-CAM Dentistry, I am a member of the American Dental Association, The Academy for Sports Dentistry and ICOI -International Congress of Oral Implantologists-which is an association for World Class Dental Implant Training.
Some of my community and outreach involvements include serving as the Team Dentist for Temecula Valley High School for over 15 years as well as the minor league hockey team the Sabers. Custom-Fitted mouth guards are provided by my office for these organizations as well as treating their sports-related dental injuries and any dental trauma the players may suffer. I have supported the UCLA Dental School by accompanying and helping oversee the students on their bi-annual Honduras Missions trip where we treated hundreds of the locals in the middle of the Honduras jungle. I also have served as the Team Dentist for the San Diego Padres minor league baseball team The Lake Elsinore Storm. Lastly, I volunteer at my church in the Sound Ministry.
On a personal note, I am happily married. Together, with my wife Renee, we love to spend time with our family and friends, we like to cycle, volunteer at our church, attend concerts, and sporting eventsespecially baseball games. I have two great sons, Tony and Nick, and among other things, they both play on the worship team at church. And just for the record, although I serve as the Dentist for the Padres Organization, I wear Dodger Blue.
In conclusion, I have always wanted to be a dentist. I really am passionate about my job and pride myself in being a highly skilled dental surgeon. Furthermore, giving my patients the best care myself and the industry offers is of the utmost importance to me as is connecting and communicating with them about their dental concerns, well-being and dental needs.

They are professional but they do poorly when it comes to dental work, they drooped me when I retaired, I have insurance from Medicare and call them to see if they can fix a bridge they did and is loose but they don't take medicare and now I have to find some else to fix what they did, they won't take my insurance.

I called just to inquire about whether or not they accept medi-cal insurance and they don't, however, Renee was very helpful about directing me in right direction.

Not sure why my review from years back was deleted. Here it is what happened at this place. The school at the time requested us to go there to get the mouth guard costume made with the school logo. ===================== Just got out of Winchester Dental Group, my son was getting fitted for a mouth guard. The technician got upset because my son gagged from the excessive amount of rubber material he put on the tray for the impression...my sons face turned purple!...the technician took all of it forcefully out of his mouth with a very rude attitude and said "he is a gagger so I'm not doing this, go and get something from Big 5"...he was extremely RUDE, I couldn't believe it...a complete a...h...!

What can't I say about Dr. Arriola and his staff! My family relocated to Murrieta a couple years ago and were cautious with the next dentist we chose. A lot of them out there today can try to get you to agree to procedures that aren't necessary these days. Upon my first visit I was greeted by the receptionist who helped me with the new patient paperwork. After getting back to see Dr. Arriola himself I was BEYOND impressed! He was so nice and helpful explaining what he recommended for me and why I should get the specific cleaning done. As long as I live in the 951 area code I will ALWAYS be a patient to Dr. Arriola and the Winchester Dental Group! Thank you!

Dr. Arriola has been my family's dentist for more than 15 years. We found him from an ad at the Storm game, he did or maybe still does their dental work. We have had cleanings, cavities filled, teeth whitening and crowns. He has high tech equipment and makes crowns the same day in house, no need for temporary crowns or additional visits. His recommendations are conservative and he never tries to oversell (I've had bad experiences with prior dentists).

Great dentist. I went to another local dentist that seemed to want to do a lot of work that seemed unnecessary. DR. A didn't over treat me. Great staff even if they are Dodger fans.

If you are tired of getting ripped off from your current dentist, make sure you got to Dr. Arriola before you do anything else. He was one of the very first dentists in the Temecula Murrieta area. He has over 32 years of experience. His staff is amazing. His pricing is very competitive. He will not tell you to get work done you don't need. They implants and can even do a crown in one appointment.
