Dr. Ladan opened Winchester Dental in 1996 and has been providing gentle, caring dentistry to the residents of Canal Winchester, Ohio and the surrounding communities since that time. We are proud to be part of this great community, and our practices mission is to provide excellent care in a friendly environment. Your familys dental health is our top priority!
Dr. Ladan attended high school in England before receiving her Bachelor of Science in Microbiology at The Ohio State University. She continued her education at the OSU College of Dentistry and graduated in 1986 with the degree, Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS). She is a member of the American Dental Association, The Ohio Dental Association, The Columbus Dental Society, and the American Academy of Facial Esthetics.
Paula has been in the dental field for over 30 years. Originally from Greensburg, PA she now resides in Pickerington, Ohio with her husband and their dog Abby. After working at Winchester Dental for over 14 years, Paula has transitioned into semi-retirement. She is now dedicated to spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Her plans are to retire near the beach someday.
Jenifer graduated from Eastland Career Center in 1996 and obtained her dental assistant certification. In 2001, she graduated from Columbus StateCommunity College Dental Hygiene program. Initially, she began her journey with Winchester Dental as a dental assistant and she is now a Dental Hygienist. Jenifer enjoys cooking and vacationing with her family. She resides in the Reynoldsburg area with her husband Nathaniel and their son Ethan.
Whitney was born and raised in Circleville, Ohio. In 2015, she received her dental assisting certification and radiography license at Fairfield Career Center. She enjoys traveling, and spending time with her children. Whitney plans to continue her education in the dental field. Her philosophy is to work hard, and never give up.
Takila is a South Carolina native that relocated to West Virginia in 2003 where she attended Ohio Valley University studying Secondary Education. She discovered a love for dentistry, and in 2010 she transitioned in her field and received her dental assisting certification and radiography license from Ohio Business College in Columbus, Ohio. Takila loves spending time with her daughters, traveling, and being encouraging to everyone around her. One of her favorite quotes is: Let your smile change the world, but dont let the world change your smile.
Shan graduated from The Ohio State University in dental hygiene and expanded functions dental assisting program. She was raised in Columbus and enjoys exploring locally, hiking, traveling the world, and spending time with family and friends. She loves getting to know her patients and providing them with the best care. Shans favorite quote is, Always say yes to new adventures.
Olivia was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. In 2020, she completed the dental assisting program at Eastland Career Center. She currently resides outside of Columbus with her husband Julian, and their bernedoodle named Winnie. Olivia loves to spend time with her family and friends, watching sports, and traveling. Eventually, she would like to further her dental education to become an EFDA. Her favorite quote is: Two things you are in control of in your life are your attitude and your effort.

I've been going to Dr Ladan for the past 20 years for my dental needs. She is so caring and gentle. Patient comfort is a top priority during cleanings and procedures. I've always felt like she is truly concerned about my dental health and has done an excellent job of caring for my teeth. The office staff is very friendly and kind too. Feels like I'm visiting family every time I go for an appointment. I would highly recommend Winchester Dental!!

When to Dr Ladan's office Winchester Dental to have a extraction done the Doctor and staff are the best ever so kind and patient no pain at all then next it was if I never even went to the dentist she is wonderful Dr Ladan thank you so much!

Dr. Ladan is great! Down to earth and is willing to take the time to explain what she's doing and the plan moving forward. Huge help at working with insurance companies to make sure you're not paying out of pocket. Highly recommend!

Dr. Ladan and her friendly staff have looked after me and my family for 20 years. Her work is careful, expert and pain-free. I have an aversion to needles, so getting a shot of numbing meds always makes me nervous. But Ladan has never caused me any pain. She takes the time to explain what dental needs you have, and offers alternative ways to address them. If you have concerns, she is happy to discuss them. As she works, she explains what she is doing and monitors how you are feeling. Her prices are reasonable. You will not go wrong by making an appointment here. You will thank me later.

Dr Ladan and her staff are awesome. Very nice, polite, informative and time efficient. Dr Ladan is very knowledgable and knows what is best for your dental health. I've been going to her for a number of years and would recommend her and practice to my friends and family.

I can't thank Dr. Ladan enough. As someone that has always been uncomfortable in a dentist office I can truly say I am comfortable while getting work done. No shaming just very helpful. No pushy payment plans with high prices. The whole staff is friendly and does a great job. I highly recommend this office.

From the very first time I contacted this office, I was treated with warmth, kindness, compassion and appreciation. This practice makes you feel like a valuable patient from the start. Not often am I impressed with a medical office's treatment, but Winchester Dental proved that there are doctors and staffs who care. They make you feel like a member of their family rather than an imposition. As a medical office manager, I can say that this is what an office should do ---make you feel valued and cared for.

If I could give 10 stars to this dentist and her staff I would. Dr. Ladan goes above and beyond for her patients. I am never afraid because she is so gentle and caring. Everyone at Winchester Dental is so friendly and kind. If you are looking for an exceptional dentist this is the one. I highly recommend Dr Ladan. SHE IS THE BEST!

I had been dealing with oral issues for a few years thanks to genetics and bad habits. They only got worse the late fall of 2020 and became very painful. I was referred to Winchester Dental by a friend and my journey of change started in November. I called to make the appointment and spoke with Takilia and explained to her what I was experiencing , she got me in the following week for a consult. I was a bit surprised and relieved because I didn't expect it to be so soon considering COVID still had alot of offices shut down or booked up at the time. My first appointment was 1 of many in within only a few months. Dr. Ladan was extremely thorough and I could tell by the look in her eyes that my life was about to change in a big way. She placed her hand on my shoulder and told me that I would have to get most of my teeth extracted because of infection that led to extreme bone loss. I was crushed. I also wasn't surprised and I cried like a baby. She was so compassionate and even wiped my tears. I didn't hesitate to take action. I witnessed my mom go through the same thing for years without proper treatment and it took a toll on her in so many not good ways and I didn't want that. During the time of the extractions I was going through physical and emotional change which was very difficult but I have a wonderful support system and that helped alot. All of the ladies at the office were so encouraging and cheering me on the whole distance. Takilia called me to see how I was and she listened to my emotional rambling very patiently and soothed me. I call her my teeth grief counselor. Paula is just the sweetest and likes to read my tee-shirts. Whitney is a amazing assistant and even gave me a blanket. Amy did my deep scale cleaning and she did a fantastic job. I have only met Olivia a couple of times and she is definitely fitting right in. I recieved immediate dentures and a partial. There has been ups and downs but I am adjusting to a beautiful, healthy smile that I am no longer embarrassed by but disappointed because of the mask mandate. I want to show it off to the world! I highly recommend Winchester Dental. Dr. Ladan and her staff are the most caring and professional group of women. I appreciate their support so much.
